I was expecting the usual Paper Mario game. However, it was more like a Super Mario Bros. game. It lacked a lot of aspects that make the game an RPG. There was less care for the story and some things in the game were not common sense. I would sometimes never Think to take certain stickers with me. There was also no place to put excess stickers for later. If I ran out of stickers, I ran out of luck. I do not even have party members in the game. When I have to paperize, it takes too long to place stickers.

Best paper mario game yet. Addictive. My 12 year old cant stop playing it.

My siblings love the game, they always play it. Its perfect for all ages.

My son loves this game. Keeps him entertained. Would recommend this one.

He loves the Mario series. Growing up, he was introduced to the NES and has loved Mario ever since. He loves the challenge and puzzles of this game.

Game has the same nostalgic paper Mario style gameplay that made the series great. If you enjoyed past paper Mario games you will enjoy this one.

Paper Mario games have always set a high standard for Nintendo RPGs, and this installment offers more fun gameplay, interesting characters and environments, and a good sense of humor. I can't wait to play it again, I love Paper Mario games!

i loved this game i could not put it down from the moment i started playing it. i love that it has classic twist but still enough new material to make it different. if you are thinking of buying it just do it . you wont regret it

Easily one of the better games on 3DS. I love the graphics and the sound effects. If you like Mario, you will like this one

I got this as a gift for my nephew. He loved it...

The only other Paper Mario game I've played was on the Wii so I wasn't sure what to expect. Sticker Star turned out to be a very fun and addictive game. It uses a turn based battle system where hitting a button at the right time inflicts more damage or defends attacks better. It's fun figuring out which stickers do the most damage against certain foes. Just like any Mario game it's pretty much the same story where Bowser steals Princess Peach and you have to save her but it's still a very fun game. I tried to be pretty thorough and find all hidden items so it took me about 24 hours to beat. Not a bad length for a Mario game but I wish it could've been a little longer. All in all if you own a 3DS I would suggest this game to anyone.

I've always loved the Paper Mario series and this one is no different - it's great. It's simple enough for young kids to get into it but complex enough for older people to not get bored.

My daughter got this as a christmas gift and I like it more than her. Fun 3DS game and fun gameplay. Mario games are known for high quality and this one is no different. Great game!

As with othergames inthe Mario lineup, this was a fun and challenging one. My son loved itt from the moment he opened it. Plus, with the BestBuy gamers club, we got itfor S12!

It's a decent game, but no where near the first two Paper Mario games. The major flaw is that battling almost seems worthless. There's no longer really any RPG elements like ranking up/stat increasing, so all battles do are give you coins and maybe a "sticker". I find myself avoiding battles most of the time. So I would really only recommend this if you can find it for < $20, although it's not an awful game or anything.

When I first started this game, I was not very happy about the new direction Nintendo tried to take for this Paper Mario game. They made it more like an action game and took out most of the RPG elements from the previous games. But after playing it for a long time, I got the rationale behinds Nintendo's decision. It works better for a portable game. Overall, it is a good game and totally worths the price that I paid for.

This game meets the high standards of expectations for any Mario type of game.

Purchased this for my 10 year old. She likes it. Keeps her occupied when we're on the road. Game isn't as short as other games I've purchased for my child.
