    As with all the Pedro Almodovar films I own, this is another personal masterpiece about real people. The story issue is totally believable and resolved with compassion. The story about two pregnant mothers whose babies are switched at birth is heartbreaking, but more important is the fact that when one of the babies dies of crib death, the real mother is informed that the baby who survives is really her child by the other mother. Very sensitively told, the movie treats the subject matter with the truthful integrity it deserves.. Bravo Almodovar for another piece of cinema wonderment.

    Good film Provided lots of historical information about past wars of this country and those lost in the fight Reminds us that humans need closure to be able to properly mourn their dead ancestors, etc

    Really great movie, Penelope Cruz had a stellar performance portraying a new mother.
