Very dissatisfied with the flight hight for this product.

This drone is fun. but only makes me want to go buy a $1000+++ one now..but entry level drone I'm super impressed! super easy to fly. video is awesome@! can't complain... just want bigger better now.. lol

This drone worked for one day and then wouldn't connect to wifi after that. Costumer service at the drone company was great, but informed me that this drone is an older model and no longer makes it.

Got out of box. Not too bad to set up on phone but controls not so good, flew into house and busted foam barrier and propeller. Best but did allow return

I got the package with two batteries. This is a nice intermediate product. The camera quality is pretty good - it doesn't pretend to be 4K. There is no stability so it isn't perfect ... But it's good. The battery life is very good. I get twenty minutes per battery. The app for controlling the unit is not terrific. The wireless range is surprising - 200 feet plus - but it can get hinky and take off for no apparent reason. My main complaint is that it is pretty darn fragile. There isn't really any landing protection. Also, the indoor cage breaks easier than eggshells. Parts are not cheap, and the repairs aren't that simple sometimes. I won't buy another one and I feel like this cost a little too much for something that breaks very easily.

Never worked as advertised. I returned it after several attempts to fly it.

It’s going to cost me more to replace a plastic propeller than I paid for the the entire system.

Unresponsive to phone controls. Doesn't have a dedicated controller. Not easy to fly

I have 2 other drones and they cannot even get close to this one. Start it up and set your phone down and walk away it will stay at about 3 ft and hover till the battery goes dead. I've flown about 200 ft and didn't loose signal. Absolute mode lets my 7 year old fly in the garage.Strong and built well tried flying fpv and got in a tree 60 ft up.After 3 weeks snow and rain got it out with tent poles put together and could not even tell it was there not a mark. Battery went bad and contacted customer support and no problem sent new one.

This is a great starter drone. It is not fragile and has a good flight time. The controls are simple. The limited range is disheartening.

With it being my first drone I had no idea what I was getting. Within the first few minutes I was completely hooked. At $200 I wasn't expecting the greatest camera, range, or expecting it to withstand being backed into a tree 20 feet in the air hitting every branch on the way down (which it didn't). The controls are very simple but take a little while to get good with them. The second time I flew it I had people believing I was an expert (they didn't see the video of me flying it into a tree 6 flights later). After crashing I had noticed the pin was bent on one of the propellers. I paid for some replacements which allowed it to spin but there was further damage that I couldn't see. In a last ditch effort I contacted Parrot support. I ran through some troubleshooting with them but we were unsuccessful. At this point they decided to replace it although it was clearly my fault the thing is broken. I didn't purchase a warranty or anything from Best Buy. I'm ready to throw more money at Parrot for more toys...

Best drone loved it and it worked amazingly and never any issues

For $300.00, I would expect more out of this drone. Especially as I can find an entry level racer for a little more. My first attempt to fly it, the thing fell from the sky. This was after reading the full instructions and setting it up for the selected hull and settings. On the third attempt, I was flying it near my kids' swing set, and it decided it would be funner to shoot up into the tree without any interaction from me. After doing some research on-line, I found you a site offering an RC mod,, that gives you the ability to use a remote for tighter control. While this has helped, it's still flighty on the software. The last time I flew it, it thought it'd be funner to shoot up into air, and almost into some power lines. To be honest, this piece of junk has crashed more times that I've had successful flights. Heck, the $50.00 "toy" I bought on Amazon is miles ahead of this. After the cost of the drone, and the RC mod at $125.00, I could've paid a little more and bought a DJI Standard that's light years ahead of this.

DO NOT BUY!!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM PARROT!! If I could give zero stars I would! I purchased this as a gift for Christmas and my husband has loved this at the start. However, even with proper care of the battery-it will not charge. The light blinks red. I contacted Parrot directly and they couldn't help me. They blamed that the cold weather and improper battery storage and use could have been the cause. I live in South Florida-what winter. Without listening to my issue-they provided me with a link to buy a new battery.Even though this has been used only a few times and is not even a year old-they refuse to help me. If you read the blogs-they have a defect in their batteries and will not make good of the battery. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!! My hope is now that perhaps Best Buy will do something about this!

Very impressed with product, actually ordering new parts for it after a small crash. Over all great and fun product.

Only got about a month worth of flying time and it started flipping upside-down and crashing. The company said to send it in for a replacement. It has been there for 3 months and they won't give me any idea when I will get it back. I was even politely ask to quit calling about it.

Very good drone. Initially i didn't like after reading review and training i love it very much. Battery 8 to 12 min fly, VGA quality camera. easy to operate and very stabilized, fully controllable.
