Parott needs to catch up Android base to somewhere even close to what they have available to ios users. I haven't decided whether it's just operator error, but can't map or share video. And of course no director operations yet for android. Actual flight controls once intensity brought down are good, and cameras are great. Overall happy with purchase just still waiting for updates...

I bought this drone to learn how to operate drones and fell in love with it. Great HD camera that downloads to your smart phone as you fly it.

Good camera quality and very easy to control. Ideal for beginners

It took me two days before I have to order replacement/repair parts after crashing. My fault though.

Easy to set up and connect to lPhone. Battery time is at least 1/3 less than advertise

HD cam is nice. Great quality. Put in mind that there is no audio recording. When flying it's hard to control with iPhone. I haven't tried with IPad yet. And also very loud. Impossible to fly inside your house need a lot of space.

It is easy to use but doesn't fly that high. It also has a short flight time. But still fun to play around with

My only complaint is the battery life. Great toy for an Adult!

I own a number of Parrott products. Not all are drones. I like the company but they do things differently than most. Not a bad thing. The ar drone was ground breaking tech when it was released 10 years? ago. I still like to fly them, they are just different than my other drones. Make sure you watch the YouTube vids to learn how to set it up BEFORE you fly. These are ok to fly indoors, but a bit large. Simple to fly compared to the larger drones. The ardrone 2 is improved so make sure that is what you are buying.

All around easy to fly and use.great for beginnet flyer

Got it as a gift for my husband. While it's fun, the protective Styrofoam that's on top of the drone kind of throws off its flight and makes it bump into things. Additionally, this drone is operated by an app on the iPhone. Apple updated the iPhone software but Parrot did not update its app so they are now not fully compatible. We haven't been able to use the drone since.

Camera is decent and piloting is easy. I was able to get about 10 minutes of flight before the battery went to 7 percent which is okay for a beginner to experiment with drones.

Bought for my grandson, this drone is far superior than his previous model, It includes safety features and programs that avoid many problems. One interesting defect is that it hovers once it reaches the end of its radio link. Should it gain so much altitude that it exceeds the range of its communication ability, it will hover out of reach until it loses poser. Overall, its an excellent product.

Incredible drone. Easy to setup and fly. Watch for trees. Parts can be replaced so fly with confidence.

It's very intuitive to control. Just connected to my iPad. I skipped the manuals and my 10 yr old had no problem whatsoever. It auto dumps the video onto the iPad.

This is a good quality (in terms of software) control, but hardware wise, i was expecting little strong. overall, it's good toy for geeks :)

Not a starter drone, but excellent features for the price. Very easy to fly, even for beginners. Would recommend purchasing extra batteries and a spare parts/ repair kit. The drone is exceptionally easy to work on and repair should any mishaps occur.

Great drone for a good price! The only advise is that is not for begginers! the chasis is foam and it can easily break if you have not expirience piloting drones.
