The drone was easy to assemble and easy to use. It was fun and easy to fly. The only thing I would recommend was having replacement parts more readily available

A little hard to get used to and the GPS is kinda quirky, but once you figure it out, it's lots of fun. Definitely a great place to start and worth the money.

The drone was reduced because the Bebopt2 was coming out soon. One of two batteries was defective. I used it alot initially but not so much of late.

It's a nice drone. Just wish the battery life was a little better and it turned a little faster, but still a great experience overall.

Drone is good for beginners. Broke the camera lens on the first day flying as it went out of control. Battery life is not great .

i purchased my parrot bebop drone, unfortunately it had a bad battery that would not take a charge. i was one day over the 15 day return policy and thought i was gonna be denied exchange. Instead they had me grab a new one! they scanned the old one and the new one "out the door i went" no questions, just thanks for shopping best buy! wow...customer for life! thanks best buy. PS my new drone works perfect! '

This is one of the easiest drones I have ever used we took it out of the box charged it programmed started using it so cool.

This item seamed cheaply made to me. It was flimsy and prop protectors were a styrofoam material that appeared to do nothing in the way of protection. Battery life is poor. Within 5 minutes the battery was almost drained and read 10%. 2nd attempt at flight and the Parrot basically went on its own and was about to crash into the side of my house. I had to physically grab it out of the air to prevent that and in the interim cut my finger slightly from the prop. That was when I decided to return the product. This item was a gift so I had not done any prior reviews before purchasing, but afterwards I saw a lot of negative reviews. Save your money!

All together was pretty disappointed drone would not stay connected to my devices.

Once you get the sky controller it's too easy to fly. The range is not believable and it is very user friendly. It's a lot of fun to fly and the camera is great.

The Parrot Bebop’s looks give away its primary function: It’s basically a camcorder with four rotors and a big battery. Those elements are packed in a sleek enclosure with nice lines, however, and color options that make the drone highly visible, which is a very smart thing when you’re making a quadcopter bot that can fly up to 1.2 miles away from its pilot, and that might, in some cases, require retrieval later, depending on its pilot’s skills.

Looses control and many short circuit crashes. After crashing multiple times it broke. Best part about this product is best buys return policy Don't Waste Your $$$

This thing had a few issues. The first one had an issue with the battery hanging out of the compartment. Luckily best buy has a good return policy. The second on would take off and land on its face right away. Once I got the hang of it, it was ok. I was looking forward to the skycontroller but parrot would not release whether they would sell it separately or when. Tech support was totally useless. I told them I'd be sending it back and they didn't care the slightest so I returned it and went with blades 350 qx3. Does everything the bebop does and more.
