This is a awesome little car. The camera on it is good it jumps pretty high and can do some really cool tricks. But updating and connecting to it is a pain. I had to delete and get back the app 2 times until it wanted to update correctly, and of course you can't run it without the update. But once all this is completed it does it's job very good. I would recommend this product but bring your patience.

I bought this to use indoors and so far I couldn't be happier. It's fast, and responsive and works well. I do wish they made tires with better traction for going up hills. We had setup an obstacle course at work and the Racing Drone can't climb hills made out of cardboard boxes. I have been using the drone for weeks now and the battery lasts around 20 mins just as advertised. If you use the jumping feature a lot the time the battery lasts cuts back to 12-15 mins easily.

This drone is fun and jumps pretty high. The connection takes a while due to network connectivity issues but once it connects, my boys enjoy it. It dies fairly quickly but the camera is pretty clear and for a beginner it works!

this is a little drone that does what it says on the box. it is controlled by a phone, I pod touch, or other tablet/phone. this thing really jumps high , and will scare some people if that's what you want to do :) I just wished that is was controlled through a remote made for it as I feel the range is a little limited on the phone/tablet but not so much that it inhibit's it. this drone is a good option if you don't want to spend to much , but still get a decent toy.

This drone is great in everything except for one thing. The control app on Android. It is not easy to connect the drone. Then movement controls on the app is odd but good enough

I got this for my daughter for 12th birthday. The racing drone itself is solid, having issues with the app that is required to interface with the drone. First of all it won’t work with her phone at all! Downloaded the app that is required but upon startup it won’t let you pilot it because it’s asking for an update, hit the button to update, tries to for a second, then Fail. I was extremely frustrated with this situation so I sat down and messed with it until I finally got it to work with my own iPhone 7. So basically the poor kid can’t use it unless it’s during a time when she can take my phone... which just isn’t realistic. Even with my phone the unit constantly disconnects, and doesn’t work AT ALL like the videos she saw before getting it. Looked into the issue a little more, found out it may require a $10 app, which will make it work as advertised. She did have fun during the brief times it was working properly for a minute or two. She spied on her sister, freaked out the cat using the jump function. If the Race drone actually functioned like it shows in the videos it would be a winner

Only does sharp turns can't adjust it and can't customize the joy stick like u can with the swat it is fun tho jumping at and on people video has lag issues but if you're watching the drone drive its all good

Great camera and very easy to learn. Great for beginners

...once you figure out which app to get. The instructions say to download freeflight3. This app is no longer available. You need to get FreeFlight Jumping. Also, you will need to download an update for the drone from Parrot's website. This update will be put on the drone via USB connection to the computer. Directions are on the drones support page. Once that is taken care of, this drone is super fun.

My son bought this as a substitute for a drone. And it is fun. The camera is great.

This drone is perfect for my 10 year old. She loves driving it around. May be a little cheap for older kids/adults.

it ran and jumped as advertised. kids had a great time playing with theses as we bought two. battery time wasn't near enough as we played all day and the next. they even built a little track for them to race on. I recommended that you have a supply of batteries and patience as the kids will love them,

Got this for my nephew for Christmas instead of one of the flying drones. This one is small but fast according to my nephew. He said the jumping part of it is cool but takes a little time in place to do it. I guess he meant you have to kind of charge up the jump. All in all fun. He likes it.

This robot is awesome. It steers like Mario cart from the Wii on your phone or tablet. My 5 year old could even control it. The camera puts you in the front seat and makes it a blast. Only complaint is battery life so I recommend getting a spare or two.

Purchased this as a Christmas gift for my niece and nephew, looks like it will be fun for them. I will update review if this should change.

Bought this drone for my 11 yr old after looking at all the different Parrot drones and he loves this product!! He loves being able to operate it with his iPhone and being able to record also!!

I had trouble getting started. The instructions were not completely clear. But I really enjoy this. And I scare my mom every time I make it jump.

I love my race drone. The only issue is the turns, but other than that it was worth it.
