Jumping Sumo has been very fun for my 6 yr old son and I. After about 2 weeks, it was having some strange issues, so Parrot had me send it back and they promptly mailed a brand new one to me. We found that setting up obstacle courses is pretty entertaining. Even though the battery life is about 15 min, you get alot more play time because it's isn't using the battery the whole time(ie, when you are sitting idle or setting up a "course") like the drones where 100% of the time it is flying and using the battery.

This was a Christmas gift and worked very well for about 3 uses before it stopped jumping. I had to drive over two hours round trip to exchange it as no stores in my area had any in stock. The second one jumped about 3 times and broke as well so I had to return it. Very disappointing but I guess I should have known that a toy that hurls itself into the air on command is bound to break itself sooner or later. Wish it wasn't so soon. Would have been nice if it lasted at least a day or two for the price.

i bought one of these and within 24 hours the jumping mechanism broke...so I exchanged for a new one. However, the next day not even 24 hours later, the 2nd one broke!! My boyfriend and I really enjoyed playing with sumo. It was a lot of fun until something broke on it in such a short amount of time.

I have had three of the drones after the same thing happened. The first one would not even jump. The second one jumped about 4-5 times and the third jumped about 5 times and stopped working. I reviewed the online support page for this issue and it was asked how to resolve this issue but no resolution was given. I returned it and got a gift card to save up and buy on drone or something.

I love the way the drone is piloted & videos taken with my iPhone and iPad. My nephew has an iPod touch so I purchased one for him as a gift & he really loves it. I recommend purchasing another battery so it can be used longer without having to recharge.

So fun and good to entertain everyone keeps kids playing for long term!

The Sumo mini-drone is an amazing bit of technology and the most fun toy robot I've had in years. I'm impressed with its ability to jump 80cm high, do circles and zig-zags, and balance like a Segway on its 2 wheels. I love it!

This drone is great, I have had I for a week and it has been nothing but fun. I have been informed that attachments will be released that will allow you to grab objects, very excited for those. Definitely buy this product!

I've had the Jumping sumo for a few days now and I can't get enough. I've tried a couple of different off the shelf RC vehicles to mess around with in my house and this is by far the best one! the FPV camera takes it to a whole other level because your seeing the action from onboard the device. Its durable too. the Kids have driven it off the second floor landing a few times and it keeps going. My cat will follow it around from the second you power it up to the time the battery dies. The battery life is good too but I'm definitely getting a second battery.

The Rolling Spider is just such a good device that the Sumo doesnt get as much excitement out of me. That being said, they are used in very different situations. If you are a indoor person than the sumo would make more sense because the rolling spider really shows its stuff outdoors where it can stretch its proverbial wings.

Son really wanted this, got it for him for Christmas. SO EXPENSIVE! It broke that same day. Three exchanges later and the 4th one just broke. All of this is less than a week. Easy to use. My dog loves it. The images that it takes are fun. Dont let the bad reviews fool you.

son loves it. a little hard to steer when starting but easy now. a lot of fun

I was surprised at how high the Sumo could jump. You can sit in one room and check on what everyone else is doing through out the house. Great for herding my 5 little dogs around. I don't think think they care for it much though :) overall , it's a lot of fun.

We have gone through two Jumping Sumos, and both quite jumping after only a few jumps. In both cases, the plastic cam was not strong enough to withstand the metal bar that smashes into it and broke. Not sure if it is a bad batch or a larger design flaw that should have been corrected during engineering. Disappointing, as the other functions work as described and are rather enjoyable, but seems silly to have a non-jumping "Jumping Sumo".

Easy to use and to get good at. Anybody who enjoys drones will love this

I have 2 flying type and 1 sumo jumping ... they are very fun to play with. A must have for the MAN CAVE

Used it one time now it won,t jump. Too fragile for the high cost. I will return it.

Son played with it for 2 hours max on Christmas Day and it stopped jumping. We will order another but not sure it's worth the $$$.

I purchased one and it was very cool until it broke. I figured it was a fluke but then when I had it exchanged and brought it home it broke in the first jump. Very Dissatisfied. The Jumping no longer worked
