Online help didn't listen to what I was saying so it took 7 hours of my time before they agreed that I needed to reset the Mirosoft package. The help in store was great. They reinstalled and realized that my computer was too old to support the software which required a new laptop.

I purchased a lap top with Rudys help and he is Awesome! I had some issues with it, one being I couldn't get on the Best Buy Site. He made time for me and personally went over what was going on. He staid past the time he was supposed to get off work, spent over an hr with me and fixed all the issues! The Geek Squad in Springfield is Exellently run with his guidance and I have no reservation in recommending them to anyone looking for Great customer service!!

After a scare with a scammer, I went to the Geek squad immediately to see how to protect my identity and information. They were attentive and able to answer my questions. They identified and corrected corrupt links in my data base. I left feeling assured that my information now and in the future is protected.
