Customers are saying

Customers highly value the RGB lighting, comfort, and responsiveness of the GLAIVE Wired Optical Gaming Mouse with RGB Lighting. Many appreciate the customizable DPI settings, comfortable size, and the overall feel and weight of the mouse. However, some users experienced issues with the side buttons, scroll wheel, and occasional double-clicking. The software is generally well-received, but some concerns were raised about the durability of certain components.

To preface, I am a little biased, almost everything I own is corsair with regards to my PC. One of my favorite features is actually the extra thumb rests for the mouse, I tested each one until i found the one i liked, and it never falls off or has any wiggle room. One con that I have is that even with my relatively large/wide hands, it is still pretty big. Not to say that it is gigantic, but it will definitely fill up your hand. I generally prefer smaller mice, but that is a personal preference. The best part of the mouse is the corsair software. you can reprogram any of the keys, the lighting, and have multiple DPI profiles for different games. You can also have just one DPI profile if you like consistency like me. Another great thing is that the mouse can be configured based on the mouse pad. You can move around your mouse on the mouse pad to find the most optimal tracking. Lastly, one other thing with personal preference is that scroll wheel. It is a little stiff and does not spin a lot. If you like to just spin and fly to the bottom of a page, you may not like it. If you. say. change weapons in a game with the scroll wheel, it may be perfect. Overall great mouse if you prefer bigger mice and amazing customization.

I wanted to get a new mouse with adjustable DPI, and this mouse does the trick. It also comes with multiple side grips so you get comfort with the use of the mouse. Also kind of cool that I can have the same colors on my mouse that I have with my Corsair Keyboard. Not a bad price for a wired mouse!

Very Comfortable Mouse for Long Playing Sessions

I bought this mouse after using the Corsair M65 Elite for a few months. I bought that mouse for the dedicated sniper button. While the macro would work in-game for some settings, I could not get it to work with the actual scope in-game. Beyond that, I found my thumb being very uncomfortable sitting on the sniper button as the natural tendency was to not press on it. This affected my overall grip on the mouse. It only took a very short while to get used to the Glaive. The Glaive has a better overall grip that suits my palm, and I like having the 3 detachable thumb styles to choose from. They are easy on/off with a magnet, and they are rubberized which was it more comfortable and grippy for the thumb. I've been using it for about a month now, and have been enjoying a lot more than the M65 Elite. It makes longer gaming sessions much more comfortable.

Coming from a Logitech G700s it took me a little bit to adjust to the button placement. I do like the user swappable thumb rest, however, the button placement is too far to the rear for me. Corsair's mouse software needs some work as it's nowhere near as refined as Logitech's gaming software. Settings are awkward to access and not as intuitive. Yes it has rgb lighting that you can adjust to static, which I use, or set it to change. At least the mouse body itself is large enough for my large hands. I really wish that the newer Logitech mice were shaped differently as I didn't want to leave them, otherwise, I'd never have bought this mouse. I hope there are more alternative available when I have to replace this one as I won't buy it again.

Great mouse for any palm grip user. Material is soft to touch and the 2 side buttons are large have different textures. You can change the RBG lighting in 3 different areas so thats very nice. Software is your standard goodness with plenty of customisable options. Mouse lighting does get a little hot at times. Great for me since the room is so cold anyways.

I love this mouse, the ergonomic feel, the changeable thumb rest pieces. I wish I would have bought the next model up with the 12 assignable buttons (for gaming), but this mouse is perfect for me anyway. That and I will probably get an XBox One Elite controller at some point, so the mouse is less on my focus.

Love this mouse. Bought it to replace my Razer Deathadder. Which I loved the size and shape of. This mouse is just about the same style but has magnet switchplates for the thumb grip. Figuring out which one you like has been the hard part. The extended pad keeps your thumb up off the surface and also closer to the side buttons. The others allow you to get a better overall grip on the mouse but leave a slightly larger reach to the side buttons. I still can't decided how i like it but its easy enough to change, takes about 2 seconds. One downside for some is the DPI lights on top are always blue. I like blue, so not a problem for me.

When first buying a computer mouse for gaming like everyone i was debating which one to but and which brand. I have to definately say that I was highly satisfied with this product. It is easy to use and alows you to change the speed of your mouse with just a click; plus the five setting were ideal when wanting to change the speed between a sniper and common shooter during game play. The color changing is good and the buttons on the side allow for other character movement which makes it convenient. The fact that it allows you to change this sides of the mouse for more grip and comfort is also one of the best features.

This has been an amazing mouse so far. Perfect for gaming and just everyday use but mainly gaming is what I care about. I built a new pc in May and have had this mouse the whole time. If you are coming from a normal mouse you’ll notice the difference right away. If you’re a hardcore gamer. This is the mouse for you. The lighting effects are so awesome and so customizable. What sets this mouse over most is the quality and all the customizations you can do. From sensitivity to lighting to calibrating to your mousepad. It’s just amazing.

Comfortable and responsive, this mouse is exactly what I was looking for. My equipment always takes a heck of a beating and this one is certainly standing up to its fair share of bumps and bruises. I'm considering buying another for my other computer.

My wife and I each have one of these. We are super happy with them. They feel quality with the braided cable and the swappable side panel. The mouse wheel feels great, and there are many DPI settings. Especially if you use the Corsair Utility Engine to adjust the default DPI settings even more. This is also where you adjust color settings. The page forward and back buttons feel good and well positioned. For $55 USD this mouse is a great deal. I've seen similar mice priced at $70- $80. 10/10 would recommend.

I've owned different mice before, from Logitech to Mad Catz. This is my first Corsair mouse, and by far i think my favorite of all the mice I've owned. Only drawback I found so far was the fact it only has 2 side buttons. This thing move smoothly and the RGB lights are just bright enough without being overwhelming. I'd really recommend this to anyone looking for a new mouse for games where you wouldn't need a lot of extra buttons. I'm officially a fan of Corsair thanks to this thing.

I had recently built my own PC (All corsair components minus the CPU cooler) and i needed a mouse to go with it. I bought this mouse cause when i had my hand on it, it felt comfortable and my palm wasn't strained or cramping at all. The extra grips that came with it also helped with different thumb positions on the mouse. About 4-6 months in i was having problems while playing my games. The right click on the mouse was not working properly. It would register every 3rd or 4th click. When this happened i went and got another one just like it cause i trusted the brand and i loved the feel of this mouse. Again i began having the same problems about the 6th month in. So either this cant handle the type of strain i was putting on it with the type of game i play,(League of Legends) or faulty mice. I play a total of about 6-7hrs a day with 2-3 breaks. So if your looking for a mouse for league of legends i would not recommend this mouse. I hope my computer lasts a little longer than this mouse seeing as its filled with corsair components.

I purchased this mouse on 12/27/17 and have been using it everyday for gaming. The mouse is perfect for my hands as I have big hands and I tend to move a lot. The weight of the mouse prevents me from lifting my mouse easily which is a good thing for me, but this is mainly a preference thing. The main issue with this mouse is the poor build quality of the mouse. The two side buttons on the left feel cheap and stick when I try to press them, leading to an unresponsive button click. Though, my main gripe with the mouse is the random double clicking that occurs on LMB + RMB (the main buttons you use on a mouse). This issue seems to be a common issue for this mouse and it's been present during the entire lifespan of the mouse (launch to now). Corsair has definitely dropped the ball when it comes to quality control.

I've been using the Glaive RGB for a long time, and it's been incredibly solid. This is actually the second one I picked up for my gaming laptop so I dont have to fish the wire out from my home rig every time I play on the go. Check out the Pro version that recently came out though! It impoves from 16k to 18k dpi, adds hardware profile storage, and other small tweaks that improve upon this already excellent mouse.

Bought this to pair with my K70 keyboard and the two work great together, even linking up RBG. i have noticed that if the PC is rebooted, the DPI selection seems to reset every time, but i may have just not completed setup.
