I read all the negative reviews before purchasing this particular computer. I was looking for something that I could use my picture programs and plenty of storage. I use my computer daily and I wanted something different that is why I chose a touch screen. I really like the touch screen just not the smudges I leave. I had read where the computer is a little noisy and it is but it's not intolerable. I just play a little music and voila. It's really a great computer and I'm enjoying it.

Well packaged, quiet design (no noises from fans), good clear touch screen. So far it is operating as expected though i’ll Upgrade to 16GB mem from it’s 12. One thing they could improve on - HP should put a light above where the computer on/off button is hidden on left under monitor.

I've had this about a month now. I've replaced the keyboard and mouse with logitech products and I feel like I've got a system that will last a few years. With a 2Tb hard drive I can get my TB of music and movies on the HD and still have a full TB for the rest of the next few years. Did I mention how fast it is? Faster than anything I've had in the past times 2. And it's on sale this month.

Very sleek looking computer and nice screen, very fast too!

My husband I recently purchased this all-in-one. We use this as our everyday computer and it surpassed all of our expectations! We love that there is only one cord and the design is super sleek. We haven't had any issues with wifi connectivity and the sound and picture are amazing. We look forward to continued use and would definitely recommend!

The HP all in one touch screen has very nice picture quality. I use it mostly to connect to my workplace PC and the connection and speed is pretty fast. So far I don't have any complaints about it. I also like the wireless keyboard and mouse. Very modern and clean design.

Love my new computer. It is easy to see and operate with the large screen. The only problem is it is not easy to turn on as the button to push is at the bottom and hard to get pushed in enough to start. It isn't a problem just have to stick with it. Another thing I like is you pick a pin number instead of signing in and using a password. You can use the password if you with but it's easier to me to use a pin number

Not only do I love the size of the monitor and the touch screen option, but its def easy to use, easy to setup. My 8 yr old can use the desktop. the reason for 4 stars vs 5 is because it isnt even 1 week old and I am already having issues with the audio driver (I had to re-install it) and it has frozen up on me about 3x already. Yes i will be calling Best Buy since I got the extended warranty but this shouldnt be happening right in the 1st week of purchase/using the desktop

Sleek...stylist....fast alot of space for what i need

The wireless mouse and keyboard are great. Now that I am used to the action on the keyboard, I like it very much. The picture on the monitor is excellent. I thought I was going to find the monitor to be too big, but it is great. And last but not least, it is great to have the CPU in the monitor rather than in a big, clunky tower!

My husband and I did some research before making a decision on a big purchase like a home computer and this one did not disappoint. It’s been about a month now and it’s very comfortable, easy to use and has modern features as well as touch screen and cordless mouse/ keyboard! It’s definitely top of the line for the price!

We needed a computer for our kids and their school work. This computer is great! Easy set up, fast and plenty of memory. If your looking for a gaming computer this is not it, but it’s fast enough to keep up with many of the games my kids are into. We are very satisfied overall for the quality and for the price.

Bought this over a year ago. It works great and love the touch screen feature and able to fill out my emailed documents and resend. Very easy to use. The only issue I would complain about is the usb connection on the back hard to see but I don’t use that often.

We had a desktop in the kitchen as the internet kiosk. the little alcove had little space for much else until we got this All-in-One. The fast processing sleek look and bluetooth peripherals upgraded the kitchen kiosk to a new level and we love it. SImple, elegant, and fills the space vibrantly. Great value.

This pc is great. Very fast and seamless updates. Has a huge screen. Haven’t used the touchscreen except for when I first plugged it in. I’m an online college student and it works great for all my needs. I even play the sims on my downtime and it handles that monster program with no issues.

It’s great! Fantastic HD and picture quality. Easy to install, use and move from place to the place which is one of the reasons I bought it. It is not too heavy but if you have trouble lifting you might want to think about it before you purchase. The monitor is little awkward when moving.

This computer is so quiet...fast...love it! I previously purchased a computer through another local business come to find out it was a bundle they put together, the screen had been sold in 2016, out of warranty...etc...refreshing to not have to worry about that issue with best buy...

I have had this about 3 weeks and have had a good experience , the setup is simple -- no problems!! I like the touchscreen and the display is beautiful - so sharp, makes my screensaver photos look better than I have seen before. My only complaint is the difficulty in plugging in the flashdrive --- these should be on front or side, not in back. I use a stand alone multi flashdrive unit for my convenience.

So glad that I brought this computer. I am a online college student, and works great for what I need. Also super fast, big display screen, and love that I have 2TB of storage. The blizzard white finish looks super sleek. This computer was worth the money. I highly recommend.
