I purchased this computer about a month ago to replace one that was at least 8 years old (originally had Vista on it). I wanted one that I wouldn't have to replace in 2 years due to outdated technology. I was looking for adequate memory and a good chip. This one met both criteria with 12GB and the new generation i7. I use my computer for utility purposes using mainly Outlook, a web browser, Quicken and QuickBooks most of the time. I am not a gamer or require multiple monitors so this was the right fit. I checked feedback and reviews on this site and other sites. I read about the "not turning on" issue and made sure it was switched to the 115V setting before starting. Set up was easy - just plug and play. This computer meets and exceeds my needs with no issues. With any major purchase these day, I made sure that I was getting the best deal and utilized the Price Match Guarantee. I contacted a Best Buy rep over the phone to order as my local stores did not have one and it was shipped promptly. This overall computer and sales experience was great! Thank you.

I am totally satisfied with my Hp - Pavilion Desktop 510-p030. When I first purchased the computer I had a couple of small installations I needed help with, and the Geek squad helped with those. But going forward this computer is fast and responsive. As with any new tool, you will need to get up to speed on any changes from the past. Prior to purchase, I owned an HP Media center desk top. Once I began to understand my new Hp, I really love it. I use it with my ecommerce business, and it has saved many hours of stress.

The function of this computer seems to work well as far as I can proceed. GEEK was supposed to set the machine up with the info from old computer; I asked them to transfer my web Favorites/sites - not done! Asked to transfer my virus program - not done! Asked to have my email files/contacts transferred - not done. Switched me to Microsoft free Outlook program and it will not download/send emails or even recognize servers.

The computer is very fast and was easy to set-up. Windows 10 I'm sure I care for it over Windows 7.

Windows 10 is working without issues. The HP case is good and I like the streamline size. Not as tall as some I've seen and probably not as wide as others.

I like this product. It gives me the storage capacity and flexibility I've wanted for a long time.

Quick and responsive. Good monitor. Keyboard is adequate.

So far the tower is sturdy and gets on line pretty quickly! No complaints as of yet.

The setup was really easy. I liked that the tower was light. I had to return the item because the cd drive wasn't operational.

The machine works great and cant ask more for the price.

I actually found the computer at a competitor's location, who was offering not only a grest price but a Trade-in incentive, however I preferred to purchase through Best Buy. Best Buy matched the entire offer in order to make the sale. It was a nice change to have a large retailer put the customer first.
