    It’s broken. The touch screen digitizer tend to go out even after replacing the screen. I’ve had 4 now. Typically the screen stops working or just goes black and is lit up. With that being said, I’d rather throw my money into handing this to a toddler than an iPad. Just always buy them in twos so you have a replacement on hand.

    First one did not work. Error messages during setup. Even with help from manufacturer's support, no luck. Replacement received. It will work in the Adult mode but kid mode locks up. The kid mode is the whole purpose of the tablet...Going to keep it but never buy again.

    Since getting the tablet out of box, it never worked properly. It says disconnected then connected over and over again while playing on it and/or watching movies. Even after doing an update for the newer version it still messed up. Not worth ordering. Overall durability looks good. But the functioning on the tablet is terrible. Subpar at best. Would have given zero Stars if it was an option. If you would like a decent quality tablet for a toddler, go with the Amazon fire 7 and by the foam case with it.

    I've had it for a few weeks my duaghter opened it for Christmas we had it working for a while the screen went blank and hasn't worked since I cant find my receipt to get ahold of the store about the issue. Hasn't been dropped and screen isnt broken I just dont understand why the screen just quit working.

    Bought this for my nephew as a Christmas gift so it has not been opened it just yet. I had an awesome time playing with it in the store which is what prompted me to buy!! I hope he enjoys it

    The worst tablet ever!!! Do not buy. It is very slow and doesn't even load all the games that it comes with. I thought I would give it a try for my daughter sake because it is PBS and kid proof. I Should of know better. You get what you pay for.

    Doesn’t work don’t even hold battery for more then 10 min was a horrible purchase wish I could get my money back very unsatisfied with product. Was supposed to be a fun gift for my son but it’s just a dead paper holder.

    Another great Product. Great Quality, the picture doesn't do it justice. Absolutely love it and highly recommend. Fast shipping and arrived right on time. Good packaging. Bought this for my granddaughter and she absolutely loves it, It holds a good charge and very entertaining for a 3 year old. so far I have not been disappointed. This is a huge plus and will definitely purchase more again.
