THIS CONTROLLER SUCKS, ZERO STARS! 1. It needs batteries, 2. you have to plug in a USB dongle into your PS3 for it to work, so it doesn't use the built in hardware like a normal PS3 controller. 3. It loses the connection every few minutes for a few seconds, kinda important! I'm sitting within 10 feet from my PS3 too....

The controller works well, but isn't what is described. It takes two double A batteries. It is described as having a rechargeable battery and a power cord. I had it shipped twice and still no controller with an internal battery. All the packaging even says lithium ion battery included and handling instruction for the battery(x2)

So somehow I managed to get a purple controller when the description clearly states it is only available in blue, green, and red. When I went into the store to pick it up the employees were indifferent about the fact that I would be gifting my dad a purple controller. Then they told me that had to be what I ordered because that was the order number. I really appreciate customer service when they TELL you what you ordered. Will not be shopping at Best Buy anymore. Walmart offers the same electronics for cheaper prices.

Very cool look. To bad it didn't work. it was a Christmas gift and a great disappointment. Big let down for her. Not happy.
