||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the after glow lvl 3 headset because I was under the impression that it was a good balance between price and quality. This is the fourth time I've replaced this header with the warranty and they made me buy a new warranty even though I have the same issue every time with shortages and didn't have to pay until now. As soon as I plugged it in a brand new controller it made the same scratchy sounds the last one did and only got worse.

Great for intended purpose

Went to my local best buy and they did not have it in white but luckily after some online searching they did have it black which I like better to be honest.
