Bought this for my son, and thought he’d love it. Didn’t realize that controllers for Xbox are different and the plug in end piece on the head piece doesn’t work for his controllers. Way to go Xbox, nothing like making sure people have to buy more crud from you. Sorry. Not really happy about it. But so be it.

Sound good for one ear cup, voice chat was clear. Headphone would disconnect if the wire was hit and wouldn’t reconnect quickly. Might have been because I sit far from my Xbox.

I would pay for a nicer model if you wear a headset all the time as it occasionally hurts my ear after long sessions. If you use it casually though it is hard to beat the price.

Great gaming headset @an excellent price!

It paired easily and works perfectly to allow her and her uncle to play games together states away! No static, great volume and comfortable. The only downside is that she has a HUGE afro so its a tight fit. Wish they were adjustable.

The only reason why I bought this one is that I'm deaf in my one ear and so there is no reason to buy an expensive headset that yes while can provide me game sound, can provide chat, but not really my taste. I like the volume adjustment and it seems to fit more comfortable than the OG set that came with the system itself.
