    The controllers works properly and is super easy to use. Just plug it in and it works. The only problem is the quality, I take care of my gaming equipment and the joystick on this controller got loose and No longer worked after less than a month of play.

    This wired controller works as well as the wireless versions. It is well constructed and all buttons are quite responsive to touch just as on the wireless controllers. It was priced right and is was a great buy.

    It's not as well made as the XBOX brand. Controller worked, though. I would suggest purchasing as a last minute controller if your current one breaks or giving it to a younger child who wouldn't really notice the difference. Worked with an Xbox series S.

    After about two weeks of using this controller the port where the wire plugs in messed up and it stopped working. It could have just been defective but I recommend wasting double on a wireless one or at least getting the 2 year insurance when purchasing this controller.

    Bought this controller because it was one of the least expense wired Xbox controllers for PC that I could find. It’s not my first as they tend to wear out quickly with vigorous use, but for the money, it’s a good deal.

    Left joystick broke within 3 weeks of using it. Total waste of money, don't get tricked like I did. Spend the extra money and get something better. PIECE OF JUNK!!!!!!

    Great price and love that it’s wired. However, within a month, the B button got stuck and I had to exchange it for another one. Hoping we don’t have the same problem again with the replacement. Best Buy is amazing with warranty plan. It’s quick and easy.
