I use these anchors and links for everything, all the time. I wish they were a bit less expensive, or that the package included 4 and 4 instead of 4 and 2, but that's a Peak Design decision and not the fault of Best Buy. Still... the cord attached to the anchor "puck" is supernaturally strong; the locking of the puck to the anchor holds tight and *will not come out* unless you want it to; yet when you do need to detach from the anchor, it's a one-handed maneuver to do so. Seriously, I use these things everywhere -- even on my Peak Design strap to turn it into a single-point sling. In fact... this reminds me that I need to buy another pack of these. I have ideas.

This set is designed to convert your existing camera strap to use the peak design quick release system. Allows you to quickly remove your strap so that it won't get in the way or catch the wind when you mount to a tripod. Will also let you switch back an forth between a shoulder strap and a wrist strap (see the PD Cuff). Buttons click securely into receivers, but are easily removed. I bought these to adapt my Ape Case neoprene strap. If you're don't have a strap you love, consider ordering the PD Slide Strap, instead of adapting your existing strap.

Quick release and clip mechanism. Easy to use. Good functionality and quality for the price.

Purchased the 2 pack and they're a really good quality. The string part is pretty sturdy, and thick material I have it set up with a Sony A7C with smallrig on plus lens and it holds great.

Peak Design gear rocks - and it works. I have 4 different camera bodies (yeah - don’t ask...) and a single Peak Design ‘Slide’ strap that I use between all of them. Pop these attachment loops onto the various hook locations on your camera body(ies) and regardless of the lens you’re using the camera will always lie flat or be easily accessible around your neck.

Easy to use an install. Makes it easy to switch between different neck and wrist straps, and lets me continue using the original manufacturer's camera strap. Highly recommend if you have other peak design straps.

I love having peak design products on my camera. These clips allow for me to add or unadd my camera strap very fast and effortlessly. Peak design also has great strength and they offer a lifetime warranty.

Bought this attachment kit so I could use them with my USA Gear camera strap. Now I can use my Peak Design strap when using lighter lens, and then easily switch to the USA Gear strap when using long heavy supertelephoto lens.

These are a must for DSLR Cameras! If you frequently use a tripod or gimbal, these are the answer. Neat and tidy, easy to use and affordable.

This is the second set of Peak Design carrying strap attach kit that I have bought, so both my Nikon and Sony cameras now have these kits installed. Peak Design is an excellent product and this kit makes connecting and disconnect the original strap very easy,

This is incredible. Sometimes I just want to take the straps off and shoot without them because they get in way when shooting very low to the ground.

I’m a photographer and I have so many cameras, I just use these and I am able to switch out camera straps from one camera to another

Sometimes the strap gets in the way. With these, it’s so easy to just pop one end and wrap it in your hand or pop both ends off the camera making it totally strap free. Then it’s so very easy to snap back on again. I only question how long the anchor strings will last.

This works great for backup to Peak Design camera straps and to replace on other brand straps.

I’m really impressed with Peak Design products - I have their large backpack, camera cubes, various straps and smaller bags, etc., and I love them all. These quick-attachment and release clips are among the best things about their straps - you can attach or detach a strap from a camera or a bag, or a bag to and from a bag, etc., with the push of a button. These kits allow more flexibility in attaching their products to each other, but they also allow you to take advantage of their technology on products made by other companies. For example, if you don’t want to pay the price for one of their camera straps, you can buy a cheaper strap and attach these to it. I think their straps are worth it, but I have also used these to make some cheap straps (like the ones that come with most cameras) more user-friendly.

I feel comfortable when using peak design for long strap instead short that I had hard time to get off my neck during taking photos. And also easy to remove strap if it is in your way during taking photos too.

I like the Carrying Strap because it’s a great idea using great technology. Although it is pricy, it meets my need better than anything else on the market. If there is anything better and less expensive, I have not seen it.
