I love this tripod! Super high quality! I use it for my Peg & Owl pochade. It's perfect for hiking and setting up for painting. It was recommended by Peg & Owl. At first I was uninterested because of the price but then gave in. The quality for the price is unbeatable. Highly recommend!

Peak design is the apple of camera gear and this tripod proves it. The amount of thought and empathy that has gone into a piece of gear like this is just astounding...Apple and perhaps all others should take a leaf out of this playbook.

Designed for maximum packability, this stand has everything going for it. it even has a selfie phone holder on it. My wife is a Wedding and portrait photographer and it is necessary to use a tripod in some really dark rooms. Light, portable, high quality, you cant ask for much more

Other people complained that the controls of the tripod are hard to get used to which they aren't at all. The only comment I would make about the tripod is with the legs at the fullest extension they seem a little flimsy so for long exposures wind may have an effect on the tripod but hanging a bag off the center post seems like it may help to reduce that risk. but no complaints from me.

You will never regret getting this. So light and compact. Once you know how to use this, definitely worth the purchase. Watching their tutorial in youtube is you feel that people behind this really dedicated their craft in it. Make sure to buy extra plate if you have a zoom lens that can hold it.

Holy cow. This tripod is amazing! Peak Design really thought of everything when they made it. I know it's expensive, but it's an important piece of equipment and you'll never have to buy another one again.

Phenomenal. I love this tripod. Lightweight, compact and very versatile. Took it on a 5 day vacation and it was a pleasure to use. Super easy to set up and then fast to break down and store. Easily integrates with my other PD gear.

Love the tripod, only downside was the tool attached to it does not stay on very well so i lost it pretty quickly. Very easy to use the tripod though!

This tripod is top tier. I love it, it amazing how small it gets, and the different type of angles your able to get with this is nice for getting those shot.
