Best budget tripod!!! Easy to use, light weight enough, sturdy, and holds up well

I had a lot of people tell me this isn't going to hold up for pro use. If youre expecting to use a heavy system on this, I suppose its not for you but other than that... this tripod has been a new favorite of mine. Built better than it looks online. everything that I thought was cheap/plastic looking online turned out to be metal. One of my favorite tools added to my gear has been this tripod.

As an amateur photographer, I probably would have been just as satisfied with the aluminum version but, this tripod feels like a tool I will be using for the next 20 years so splurged for the Carbon Fiber. The Carbon Fiber is a luxury but, even in aluminum, this is a tripod worthy of any photographer's kit. Using the Peak Design Travel Tripod is a pleasant experience. Set-up is fast and efficient. Solidly supports my Canon R6 w/RF Lenses.

If you're traveling or just taking a family portrait, there really isn't another tripod quite as fun or easy to use as the Peak Design Travel Tripod. It is so unbelievably compact but also easy to use. The integrated phone mount and tools make using it at the spur of the moment easy and quick. I highly recommend pairing this with the Capture Clip and a Peak Design camera strap. Also, note that it does indeed include a full Capture plate!

Peak design is by far the vest tripod to use. From it’s unique design alone is eye catching. The case it comes in is very convenient. Especially when you have the peak design backpack. Highly recommend it
