In order to make the laser movements more accurate, you can do laser calibration. To do this, please go to the Home page, then Settings and choose Calibration. Please contact us at [email protected] if you have any questions.

My cat was never big on playing with lasers, however she does play with the one emitted from the petcube. I also love that I can hear her and talk to her, although it does scare her sometimes. My only issue is you really need to be on wifi to get the best video connection to view your furry baby.

The bad thing is that it ships with old firmware that seems to ge a gassle to update, so far. thinking of returning if firmware remains deprecated, as it disconnects from the network often and new features aren't available.

All Petcube Cameras are being tested before they go out and with the new update, the firmware on the camera should update automatically to the newest version. However, occasionally some cameras cannot download and install the update automatically due to the intermittent Internet connection etc., so the update should be performed manually. ||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this as a way to comunicate with my dog when I'm away It is a good camera and has a red laser my dog loves to chase The thing I hate about this is when I'm viewing the camera on my app to see my dog It is made public Even though I have it set to private and comunicated with them many times on this issue they did nothing to resolve the issue I also see other people's homes on the app that are near me . Their videos show lock on them so I assume theirs is supposed to be set to private too I told them I don't even want people on their social media site to see I exist let alone see my videos Would be a super great product if it didn't make all your business public. My dog does love hearing me and playing the laser game when I'm away

It was hooked up 3 minutes after it was opened and in use! And the laser pointer for the pets to chase is awesome! Everyone was talking about it! Will probably end up getting another one for the pets in the other room!
