Set everything up and started testing same day. The laser worked as expected, but everytime I tried to turn the sound on, the app would crash and lock up my phone. The only way to unfreeze was restart my phone.

Called Tech Support and tech told me to place camera no further than 8-10' from Router. When questioned why so close, she admitted that the radio was short range and they were aware of the problem, which is why they instructed the 8-10' max distance. This isn't workable or acceptable, camera needs to be in area of pets and not in Den with router located.
