Love this for when we are away, provides peace of mind that our cat is fed allowing us to be gone over 24 hours without paying pet sitter fees.

Great help to keep my cat fed on time. I am away from home and I am calm because I know his schedule.

Very easy to set up and feeds my dog at the intervals I set up. If you run out of food, the app notifies you.

I bought this feeder to make my life easier and to improve my cat's meal consistency, but the feeder did the exact OPPOSITE! I was able to setup the feeder without issue, and schedule programmed meals. However, a few days later I noticed it missed a meal (no notification given, no error logged). I was also unable to manually feed using the app, as it just timed out, so resorted to pressing buttons to feed my cat most of the time. The more frustrating part was that the app was never notifying me of any problems (didn't alert to say a meal was missed, or that the feeder was offline). I did a reset on the feeder and removed the app data to have a clean slate, and struggled to get it connected again! No matter how many times I tried or what method I used, it would either fail to connect, or connect but then drop after a few minutes. I even worked with the company tech support team, and they were unable to help me. Unfortunately, I didn't realize there was a 15-day return window, so now I'm stuck with a feeder that won't connect (and even if it did, I would never trust it anyway)!

My dog runs to eat as soon as he hears the feeding chime. Great addition to the home.

When my son takes forever to get ready for school or we are put of town its easy to feed them both. Lets you know when food levels are low.

Nice feeder but unfortunately exposes animal to lots of EMF while eating. I tested it with my meter and it's eight times the safe limit. Yes EMF is everywhere, it's pretty hard to avoid but there needs to be some sort of EMF shield because the cat's head is right there at the strongest frequencies.

[Employee of bestbuy] Terrible item. It's plagued by a very common issue with the wifi (or mac address) not connecting through the app or the feeder itself, I looked it up and it happens to a lot of people. Only way to 'fix' is to just send it in and get a new one, according to their support.

This feeser actually does look nice and is very sleek and it hold a good amount of food. But before you spend your money loo at the app on google play or app store. The app constantly dissocnects your bowls. If your away you may not be able to log and and not feed your pets. I had this for 10min testing out the feeding amount to feed my cats and i had to reconnect the feeder 3 times! Its not worth the mo ey to spend on something like this if the app is just gonna fail you anyways

Great product overall. Precise timing and volume setting are very optimal! Efficient APP Control. Would recommend.
