I have had several different kinds of automatic feeders over the years and the Petlibro are the best. The units with WiFi are a breeze to program feeding schedules and portions. Alerts you if issues arise. Great for those of us who travel for work or with busy lifestyles. Never have to worry about the cats being fed. Feeders are at a reasonable price given the quality.

Easy to set up and use, once you set the feeding amount. This model uses the PETLIBRO app making things easier than the lower priced version.

Nice feeder, but I was using it for cat treats but it unfortunately drops a minimum of about 30 treats when I usually only give my cat five or six at a time so until they fix this and give it some sort of treat mode and it's not practical for me. Other than that it's a really nice feeder for regular dog and cat food and I highly recommend it for that purpose

It was amazing while it worked! I bought this 6ish months ago and only used it as intended but it’s already breaking and needs new parts to work again. I’ve had issues getting ahold of the company or locating where to buy these parts. So unfortunately now it’s just a waste of money

I used the old version before without the Wi-Fi function. I enjoy the upgrade, which is a game changer as my schedule can be more flexible. Definitely recommend!

My cat would wake my husband up everyday at 4:15-4:30am. He would basically harass and bully him into waking up to feed him. This has been a godsend!!! No more grumpy cat and husband in the mornings. Everyone is happy. Super easy to use, clean, and my cat adjusted to it immediately.

I bought this feeder to make my life easier and to improve my cat's meal consistency, but the feeder did the exact OPPOSITE! I was able to setup the feeder without issue, and schedule programmed meals. However, a few days later I noticed it missed a meal (no notification given, no error logged). I was also unable to manually feed using the app, as it just timed out, so resorted to pressing buttons to feed my cat most of the time. The more frustrating part was that the app was never notifying me of any problems (didn't alert to say a meal was missed, or that the feeder was offline). I did a reset on the feeder and removed the app data to have a clean slate, and struggled to get it connected again! No matter how many times I tried or what method I used, it would either fail to connect, or connect but then drop after a few minutes. I even worked with the company tech support team, and they were unable to help me. Unfortunately, I didn't realize there was a 15-day return window, so now I'm stuck with a feeder that won't connect (and even if it did, I would never trust it anyway)!

Set up took quite a while and wasnt very easy, the unit must be extremely close to a router for it to connect. Once it was connected, though, everything is straight forward and easy to navigate.

This is a great addition for our 2 cats. It allows me to make sure they are attended to even if I cant be around. The app notifies of an empty drum, blocked delivery or other issues. I can set a timer or manually feeds. Its great!

Love this automatic feeder! Being a new first time mom I didn't want to forget to feed my dogs now that I have so much going on. This device really comes in handy! The app is so easy to use I love it.

I would have given this feeder 5 stars if I hadn't bought more than one product from Petlibro. The issue is that Petlibro has two apps, and depending on when the feeder you purchased was manufactured it will only be compatible with one of the two apps. So if you have two of the same feeder you may need both the standard and the lite version of their app on your phone to manage the two feeders even though the feeders are the same model and product number. If you only plan to own one product from Petlibro you will be fine, if you plan to own multiple products and expect to have a unified experience across the products you could be in for a bad time. The good part is that the feeder itself works great. (Which is why I bought two more.) The ability to feed 1/12 of a cup and schedule multiple feedings a day is great for helping control cats weight especially in a multi-cat house. Would absolutely be a 5 star product if I didn't need to download a second app to set up and control another product from the same company.

Love this for when we are away, provides peace of mind that our cat is fed allowing us to be gone over 24 hours without paying pet sitter fees.

Very easy to set up and feeds my dog at the intervals I set up. If you run out of food, the app notifies you.
