No issues currwntly. Set up wasnt as intuitive as philips makes it out to be.

Awesome coffee machine. I used to have a Gaggia but let the ex-wife keep it when we split. Lol. And a Keurig can’t compare. I dumped the Keurig within months and splurged on the Philips 3200. Coffee is so much better freshly ground and brewed. And, a plus, the coffee grounds works great in plants!

Easy to use. Coffee that comes out of it is really good.

Love the ease of use. And steaming is awesome it actually heats the milk like it should. However it does use a lot of water. And the drip tray always has water despite having cup under spouts to catch the water during cleaning

The best espresso machine that I I’ve ever seen. Your coffee will taste strong and fresh. If you’re thinking about buy it don’t think it anymore, you’ll have espresso, americano & lattes at home.

As much as I love Starbucks, it’s pricey when you drink it every day. This machine, though expensive, has already saved us money. The drinks you can create with it, the ease of automatic espresso, etc make this worth every penny.

Jury is still out on this. the buttons can be fickle, especially the on/off one. I am still figuring out all the choices. It always seems to automatically turn off right before I want to make a 2nd cup. The quality of taste is great.

So far is a good espresso machine good in espresso very good in coffee not really fantastic in Americano but in overall is a good espresso machine not impressive but this is what you spect with this value

The Philips 3200 Espresso machine makes it simple and easy to make your favorite espresso drinks or a just a cup of coffee. The strength of this machine is its simplicity and easy cleanup. Once you know all the lingo in the manual, the display is clear and you will be making espresso drinks like a pro. The water reservoir is fairly large and can make perhaps 8-10 8oz cups of regular coffee, or many more single espressos, on one fill. The grounds are placed in removable cup that is easy to dump out, and there is an indicator light when the cup is full. So far the grounds cup gets emptied about every 3rd time I fill the water reservoir. The machine can use whole beans or grounds. I find it much easier and fresher to use whole beans because otherwise you need to put grounds in the machine for every cup you make, but the bean hopper allows you to only need to refill about every 50 cups. The milk frother works great, although it doesn't get used much. There are 2 curious and slightly annoying things. First, the machine can be rather loud and if you're an early riser you might wake up the rest of the house. This noise is on par with other espresso machines but I wish it was quieter. Second, when the machine is first turned on the water pump runs and an ounce or two of water comes out of the spout. I'm not sure what the purpose of this is (cleaning?) but it ends up filling the collection tray and necessitates removing and dumping the collection tray more often than I would like. All in all this machine is simple to use and makes a great cup!

This machine is easy to use and makes a pretty good cup of coffee. We had to replace the machine after about 6-9 months, due to the grinder breaking. We had purchased the protection plan so it was easy enough to take care of. I would still recommend this machine to a smaller household that won’t use it as much as we do.

Worked good for about 10 months and then died. Since you bought through Best Buy any warranty has to go through Philips. This is a very big corporation and warranty is not their strong suit. You have to wait 3-5 days just to get an answer back, then come shipping labels and trips to UPS. Not gonna be fun.

I've had this machine for 10 days. I was out of town for 3 of them and didn't make any coffee, so aside from the initial setup it's been used maybe 15 times (2 people in the household). I used high quality coffee beans (Lavazza Super Crema) and this morning, the machine would not work and 3 lights started flashing. After consulting troubleshooting and Philips CC, I'm being told the grinder is broken. What a piece of junk to not even make it a week and a half. Will be returning and will purchase a different brand. Disappointing because the few cups of coffee I did have were really good and I liked the machines features.
