This is the best purchase of a "coffeemaker" that I have ever made. The instructions are the only thing that I think needs reworked. Pay close attention to the infographic because there weren't written instructions on it. Make sure you set it up when you aren't jonesing for your coffee and in an impatient mood like I did. Let's just say I did not use my brain well that morning. However, once I figured it all out, it was much simpler than I was making it and now it has made my mornings so easy. If I make sure I prep the machine with coffee beans and/or water beforehand then I can have my cappuccino or latte or other preferred coffee within a few minutes of waking up. Note: it does take a few uses for it to get the perfect cup. So, make a few test cups at setup. This is saving us money because I no longer resort to buying my morning cappuccinos or lattes from a coffee shop. Well, unless I splurge when going to an appointment or out shopping, but I am less tempted and love being able to make my own at home. Plus, I get to test out different coffee beans and flavors, which is a fun plus.

The wife loves it! One thing to keep in mind is the option to set a basic cup of coffee brew at a specific time isn’t available on this machine.

It is amazing, easy to use, not so noisy and have plenty of options, the one I got was open box so it had a wired taste, but I guess the issue is specific to that one open box, so I will return it and get a new one

I have not been successful locating instructions on line so I can say that is a little disappointing. Not sure what I am missing. I am however able to make nice coffee even if I can't fully explain why or how the machine does some of things it does. It is fairly intuitive and the quick start guide does just that.

Easy to use and clean. Makes strong coffees. I would also give this item as a gift.

Pricing for the Philips 3300 was very competitive. Machine set up was very easy. Coffees made thus far are very good. This machine will eliminate plastic waste from using one-use pods. Thus far, very satisfied.

We love this! It has been a game changer. Making lattes and macchiatos in the morning has saved us already on our “national chain” coffee purchases on the way to work and in the afternoon. Highly recommend!

This is a coffee game changer. Super simple to use the milk foam unit is perfect and easy to clean. Must better price point then many others.

Worked extremely well right out of the box. This is a replacement for my 17 year old Jura E8 which they still make. So many more features and so much easier to use, maintain and clean.

This machine was good value for money. The functionality and the quality are great for the price. Easy to use and easy to clean. But…. The drink sizes are too small and the temperature not hot enough. Even on the highest setting.

Love this Espresso and Coffee Machine! It is wonderful to wake up to a great tasting coffee every morning. No bitterness, no acidic after symptoms, When we first started brewing, it does come out weak, but we began adding espresso shots to our coffee to get the bold flavor. After about 20 cups, we began getting the flavor we were wanting just from to coffee setting.

Outstanding extremely user friendly and fully automatic.Everyone in house hold loves machine.Tried numerous others and this one by far is very easy to use.May be a little pricey but its worth investing due the high quality of machine.

The most convenient espresso/cappuccino machine on the market. The milk container is incredibly easy to clean and it froths perfectly. My folks had one for 7 years and it still works great, with only minor issues over time. The first unit I got would not grind any beans after many tries, but the replacement process was easy with bestbuy.

I love my Phillps! Consistent coffee every time, best latte ever. Easy to use, pretty quiet, easy to clean. Just a perfect machine for coffee lovers.
