For such an expensive item to mess up in less than a year. We bought this machine excited to upgrade. My brother-in law had the base model that has treated him well. We wanted to go nicer. Within a few months, the seal around the lid started coming off and eventually came off all together. If we wanted to actually put the lid on fully, we would have to use a butter knife to pry it open. We asked for a replacement part, but they do not have the part so a new machine was the option. It seemed a bit much so my husband and I decided to deal with it. A few months after this… my husband went in to make coffee and the thing just would not restart. After fighting it, we got our coffee and knew it was time to put the warranty to use. Even with it though you have to buy a new protection plan so that was another $130 out of our pockets. (Probably should have just got the money and chose something else.) I will say though, my brother-in-laws has been great and he has not had issues

Best coffee period! It is quick to make, can use grounds or beans. Cold coffee comes out perfect

Best coffee espresso machine I own till this day I do hot coffee in the morning and cold coffee in the afternoon.

Nice fancy coffee maker. The milk frothing is a good feature and works pretty well. This makes good macchiatos with no need for sugar or creamers. However, the coffee bean dispenser is poorly designed so I always need to manually push the beans over to the corner so they get into the grinding area. Also, I have had to repeatedly re-connect a water line in the unit because of water leaks. According to online videos, this seems to be a common issue. They might need to work on their quality control. Overall, the price is too high for the design and quality of the product. When it's time to replace this machine, I will probably try a different brand.

Amazing product! Instructions don't make this clear, but the machine will self-clean everytime it powers on and (most times) will discharge some water, so best hold off on placing your mug underneath until that process completes.

Its like having Starbucks at home. I wish i had gotten this sooner, its awesome.

Very easy to operate. No fancy skills needed to make special drinks. Just a few pushes to some buttons and with in 2 mins you have a drink better than starbucks

Awesome sweater, car. It's very convenient that it does everything automatically. But who likes to drink hot coffee, this car is not for him. And I had to return it because I love to drink hot coffee, and she makes it warm.
