Universal It Is with Many Options

The Universal Remote stays true to its name as it has many options. I like that it has a back light when you press the different options. This is great when you are using the remote at night. Overall, I am satisfied with the remote.

May be good for outside use?

There is one major and fatal flaw for me though, it literally lights up my entire room whenever you click any button. I searched and searched to see if there was any way to turn the light off, but found nothing. Maybe I got a defective one, but I wasn't impressed enough with the other features to warrant me just exchanging it so I had to return it.

Altho the Best Buy is the best people and they set it up beautifully but the item is horrible and I am going to return it for a better solution.
