I decided to upgrade to this one. I admit it was a bit intimidating with all the parts and accessories but once I dove in, I'm loving it. It cooks evenly. The accessories available have broadened my usage. I don't think I'll ever use my oven again.

We have grilled chicken, "fried" chicken, grilled salmon, fish, burger patties, egg rolls, you name it all without a DROP of oil and everything has come out perfectly. Takes some time to get used to the exact amount of time and temp to set but once that is figured out, this an absolute unattended breeze and joy!
