I bought 4 sets but returning 2 because one set had 800 lumen vs. 1100 lumen bulbs and the other set had one bulb without a serial # so I could not add in the app. The other 2 sets work fine. Best Buy needs to do a better job of inspecting before repackaging and reselling.

Overall a good bulb. About the only one at 1100 lumens that is under 13 watts that I've found, which is great for the lamp that I have with a maximum 13 watts. The white options are plenty bright, though the color options could absolutely be brighter. It's much better than the 800 watt option for the colors, though. Easy to connect to the Hue bridge, and works flawlessly with both Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa.

Gave 3 stars because I ordered two sets and one set came with the white bulbs in the colored box. For the correct set the lights work good although sometimes these lights don’t turn on as fast as some of my old are you lights on the same switch. I’ll keep an eye out to see if this is a defect or just the way it is.

For what you pay, these bulbs are just ok. They can be a nightmare to set up and they tend to lose connection to my smart speaker (Google Home) occasionally. When they do work, I love having the ability to turn my lights off, dim or brighten, and change colors from across a room just by using voice commands.

I love these lights. The colors are great and being able to turn them on and off by voice or with an app is always a thrill. Super easy to install.

Perfect condition, great shipping speed, good value, and will be looking for more in the future. Already have dozens of hue devices and need more

Excellent product, easy to set up and it has the feature of slowly dimming down and brightening up which makes mornings wonderful.

Philips is definitely the nicest ecosystem to dive into when it comes to smart lighting, but man is it expensive. Could probably buy a used car with the amount of light bulbs I have now. Great product though

Have many of the Hue lights and this was my first color light. It’s pricy for what it is. The refurbished ones at Best Buy help with making it cheaper. Refurbished worked fine… no problems.

Great way to adapt the ambiance ability to an existing light fixture and not needing a second system. Only thing is I have an issue with Alexa not correctly keeping the light names separate despite having it set up with a difference room and name; just means I have to use the app a little more.

I have 11 hue bulbs of different varieties, the ones with color option add a lot more variation for lighting a room, and they last a long time. The first bulbs I got 6 years ago are just as fast and bright as this pack I bought last month.

I had these lights since 2018 and they haven't went out yet. Bright and great colors too

Love philips hue just not the price so decided to try these refurbished lights. Work as good as new, zero issues with them.

Ordered two sets. One worked. The other set didn’t. Rather bothered that all two in one refurbished box didnt work. With no more available online i get to wait for indeterminate amount of time or go pay full price. No patience here so off i go to the store.

Love that i can manage my light from any room and even when traveling.

I have a bunch of these lights in my house already. Was rather worried about getting a refurbished one, but so far it’s worked just fine like a brand new one.

These refurbs worked out perfectly! No different than when they were new! Be careful and make sure the item in the box is what you ordered. There have been a couple times I got the wrong item but it was placed in the right box. My hope is these will be no different than any of my new bulbs. They should last forever.

Lights work fine but are the same as aftermarket brands that are available at a cheaper price. Got these specifically for my Phillips Hue Sync Box
