These are all basically brand new. Had one issue where it didn't have the power supply one time (and returning was a breeze) but I've bought more than a couple of these and would rather pay the refurbished price rather than the new price. They'll last just as long since the total lifespan of them is practically forever.

Great product works as described easy to install and use the APP to light up the room from your phone. Nice and bright! Great purchase!

I bought three Philips hue light strips that were Geek Squad certified, saving me a lot of money. Only one had the sticky tape exposed, the other two were in totally new condition. It was well worth the money and they all work perfectly. I have had them up for about a month and have had no problems. They were easy to connect to my hub using the codes.

Bought this to add onto my exising lightstrip kit. Works great, but for my installation I had to use some command strips to make sure it stayed in place. Easy to sync with my other lights so they are all the same brightness and shade.

Really a beautiful feature for your home. You can keep things classic with yellows/whites but the color really does pop. My only complaint is that the adhesive doesn't work super well. I've employed tape and other fasteners for the time being.

I purchased this light strip to add onto my existing Hue esystem in the house. I put it behind my couch, and it provides a wonderful glow to complement the bulbs in my Living room. It works great with the different, animated light.

Using this as a fun accent for my bed and they work well. The adhesive lowkey sucks and even reinforcing it with double sided tape didn't work, and I have to readjust the edges every so often. However, otherwise no issues with use or setup and they work seamlessly with my other Hue lights.

Works great, but the refurbished adhesive isn’t as good as the original. This hasn’t been an issue with any of the other refurbished lights I’ve bought because they’re just bulbs, so don’t be afraid of the referb in general

Ordered 2, but only one worked. Had to go online with Philips support and eventually deal with Best Buy to exchange. This strip is very nice altogether, although cheaper versions of other manufacturers exist.

Wonderful product at a great price. I have owned these in the past until my wife took them. I wanted a replacement and this was just met my needs at a wonderful price. This is a great product and Best Buy sells excellent 'refurbished' products at a great price.

Used this for a secondary closet lamp. It works with alexia but the sticky backing isn’t great

I placed this on the top of the sliding door frame in my living room, obscured by a grommet holed draperies. Creates a terrific effect. I have a few Hue lights and strips which I always try to get on discount

Bought a refurbished 2m led strip and I'm very content with it. Quick connection through the Philips Hue App and was up in running in no time. I'm a sucker for LED lights and have around 6 Hue light products. Hope they become cheaper one day though!

Works like new. Have it synced with Hue Play lights on my desk. Only downside was the preinstalled double sided tape was not strong enough to stay up so I had to use my own.

Love the lighting set up works well with my hue hub. Unfortunately the adhesive backing’s or half off because it is refurbished.

These are great for under cabinet lighting. I had a cheaper version of string lights but connectivity was an issue and the colors were not accurate. However, this is a drastic improvement to those. They are worth the cost, but I still find them a bit too expensive for the length and the number of units you need. I wish you could connect more of them like double the length with an extender, not just add another 40 inches.

I have quite a few Hue products in my home. I put this on the headboard in the bedroom. It brightness is amazing. I love the color function to give ambient light while watching tv.

It's everything I expected but at a refub price. Everything works. No bad LED, everything powers on, really sticky tape. Setting up is the hard part. I had the older version and I completely forgot how to set it up. lol. It's best to set it up in the hue's app with a serial number, which is located on the small square box. Make sure you get that before you stick it onto something. I had to pry it off to get that number. What's great about this new version over the old I have is that you can use the excess strip you cut down the road. It's not like the old one where once you cut, you can't use the excess piece. Overall great value over the new price.
