    This was my first time ordering a “certified refurbished” item from Best Buy, and I won’t do it again, sadly. I have one hue light strip I bought new about a year ago, and this refurbished didn’t stand up to my current one at all. The lights would flash different colors, one end of the strip would not light up when choosing various colors in the app for the strip, and when I selected “white” it had green and yellow segments. I gave 2 stars because the shipping was pretty quick. Sadly returning and buying a new one instead.

    It was great. But when i added 2 extra strips the brightness went down. Not sure whats causing it. But there are so many customers that went throught this. Make sure you do your research before buying.

    I just went to install my Phillips hue strip and I found no adhesive on it. I attempted to return it and found that it’s no longer returnable I’ll never buy a refurbished thing from Best Buy ever again.

    Ordered this product and it was missing two critical parts. I went to a store to exchange and they only had the brand new option and they charged me the difference even though it was a major inconvenience caused by their refurbishment team. Very disappointed that customer service could not assist with a refund for the difference. If parts are missing I think the company should provide a fully functional product at no cost to the customer.
