    The strip did not work and the 2m Extension was not included. Called about issue and was told they could not help me and I had to go to store for further options. They didn’t even offer me a UPS label which I know is an option… horrible customer service on top of a defective product.

    This is my second time purchasing the Geek Squad Certified Refurbished Hue LightStrip and I’m very happy. They’re just like the new ones I’ve purchased in the past. I was unsure of a refurbished item but I am now confident that Geek Squad makes sure they pass their standards.
