I recommend these lights. the colors look very good

I went to the store to order the 75" light strip and the sales rep ordered me a refurbished one by mistake. When I received it, I thought I would give the so called "Geek Squad Certified Refurbished" a shot to be a quality product and work like as new. Upon opening box, there were multiple issues with this certified refurb. The corner holding brackets were broken in half, the tape was used on the back of the brackets so not sticky, and only a quarter of the lights worked which constantly flickered. If this is the quality that is certified geek squad refurbished, I will never buy a refurb product from geek squad. Spend the extra $30 and purchase the new product which is great.

Philips hue outshines the competition again with this product.

Didn't come with the adhesive/mounts had no way of mounting it to the TV. Light strip was to slippery to glue or use 3m tapes.

Excellent condition for Geek Squad Refurb. Love the ambiance and atmosphere these lights create. I would definitely recommend for movies that have a large color spectrum, like Home, Croods, and Zack Snyder's Justice League.

It's working brilliantly! Box had all the parts, no different than a brand new box. Hopefully it'll keep functioning good like this for the long term as well.

I honestly love these light so much. Whether playing a game or watching a show it looks awesome.

Picked this up to go on the bedroom TV. I tested it and all the lights work fine. For the price you pick it up to make your viewing experience better, lol.

I ordered refurbished and I'm not sure if the technicians actually double check that the item is fully working because mine didn't even fully light up its like the end part was damaged even though their wasn't any wear or tear on it, truly disappointed with it because I've been looking forward to owning this for a while now.

This strip failed; I wasn’t able to install it until a couple of months after purchasing it, and o OU a third of it lit up. I spoke with customer service and they wouldn’t help me because it was longer than 15 days. They didn’t have a response for my question about them selling me a defective product. I’m very disappointed.

This thing is so cool! The immersive lighting experience really makes the experience…well…immersive! I will def be buying other similar products!

I love the lighting effects and how smooth it comes off of the cord.

Got the gradient light strip and the sync box. The light effects are really cool while watching movies.

Lightstrip itself works, but did not come with all parts that are supposed to be included in box (missing mounts used to attach to back of TV)

Seemed brand new to me. 3m adhesive was new and unused. Works great.

Arrived with several dead zones in a busted box. Don't buy refurb lights. Lesson learned.

Pure awesomeness. Should have gotten it earlier..

Worked the first month then one side started to go out. Took it down . I end up missing the return date due to my wife and I having twins. I will never buy a refurbished item from Best Buy again
