    Love this product. It was slightly difficult using once I had it downloaded to the app, however after I watched a few video’s it works easily and flawlessly.

    I am a big fan of the Hue lights but I am having issues with the sync box. My biggest problem now it is automatically turning on every time I turn on the tv. I have to go into my regular Hue app and turn it off which is very inconvenient.

    Initially bought the refurbished model. Video worked fine but the lights wouldn’t sync with TV. Returned and bought a new one and worked perfectly.

    Overall, I've really enjoyed my experience using this. Nothing was wrong with the product. Works as if it were brand-new. App is easy to use. Only downside is that when it arrived, I had to reset the sync box since it was trying to connect to I'm assuming its previous owner's wifi and sync app.

    Bought this box on a great refurbished price. It works like a charm. I paired it with a lamp and lightstrip behind the tv. Makes the whole bedroom look awesome when in use!

    The sync is awesome with the other hue entertainment lights. It's fast and accurate and versatile with different mediums. Though I bought mine refurbished, it works amazingly well.

    Too expensive for its function if you factor in other costs for it to operate at its prime (Hue Hub, Light Gradient, etc) If you have the resources though, this will be the crown jewel to your entertainment setup.
