Lose of connection

Mine did not! I recieved it Saturday and hooked it up the same night, if I changed the channel or input it would lose connection. This continued for 2 more days before I decided to take it back.

Picture cuts out and Best Buy won't exchange

Tried to exchange but was past the return window by one day so Best Buy wouldn't accept it. Don't buy Geek Squad refurbished products, it will just break and you'll be stuck with it.

Turns off randomly

But the hue sync box will randomly turn off the tv, which will proceed to turn off everything else. The only "fix" was turn off HEC through the app so the stupid box wouldn't turn off everything. Overall, the system costs hundreds and is very buggy. Be weary.
