This is a refurbished item. Excellent deal. I was going to gift it. Very disappointed, no box other than a plain brown box with everythg tossed in a ziplock baggie!Nothing was wrapped to protect items.It's expensive & glass!No paperwork.Looked like I bought it at a garage sale. Good Price-Yes- Giftable-No Way. Expected refurbished-didn't expect how it came. Returning. Don't trust they will even work after seeing how it arrived. Hope they take back refurbished items. Not the Best Buy quality I'm use to.

Such a great deal I got 2 sets. But one of the 6 lightbulbs was an older model. I didn’t realize it until a year later when the latest firmware update told me it can’t update the one (which is fine it still works but can’t do the latest tricks like ‘candle’ or ‘fireplace’ mode) The Hue software is honestly justifies the premium price these cost, it’s fantastic and keeps getting better! One year later I still love them but would upgrade to the new brighter ones (depending on where you place them)

These phillip hue lights are amazing and just with simple command via alexa it is magic.

We got it open box buy and it was a great deal at discounted price. This Hue box transformed our house, you need this device which connects to your WIFI if you have multiple rooms and want to create scenes. Without it, the lights have to be individually tuned through Bluetooth. It also comes with a remote but we don’t use it that often since we’re always using the great Philips app. The app support is what separates Philips Hue from other cheaper options. These LED bulbs have an incredible range of colors and will last for years.

It seems like a bit of a lucky dip but i got a set that looks and works fine. Just a small mark on the remote, everything else looks like good condition

Purchased these bulbs refurbished, I love the Phillips system. Bulbs were in a great condition, the bridge was a little scuffed, but since it lives behind my entertainment center, its no big deal. Beware, once you go down this path you'll want all your appliances to be equipped with smart devices.

Got this for my girlfriends best friend for Xmas and she loves the crap out of this. She turned her bedroom/gaming room more colourful and tells me she can no longer go back to regular light bulbs.

It is a very good product. I have two of the bulbs in my bedroom and one in my family room. Very nice to provide subdued like in relaxing colors. Refurbished price is great. Definitely a great deal for a very nice product.

Expensive but works well. Took some time to get the hub to be recognized by the app but once that was done, it was easy to connect the lights and switch. The lights even have the fireplace and candle flicker modes so it looks like these refurbished lights are a newer version.

Having over 30 Philips hue lightbulbs in my house I really enjoy the product very convenient and I’ve used the app on so many different occasions when on vacation or out of home. Perfect for just going to bed forgetting lights on and turning them off from your phone instead of having to get up and turn off the lights. And that’s just the beginning my daughter and I use them for gaming. Setting different Ambiences for different situations and holidays, watching movies. Because of their longevity I suggested to anyone and everyone.
