    I received my box without the wall switch or bridge. I contacted support and they said I would have to go to a store to return it. I said the whole point of me getting it shipped to my house was to avoid driving to a store. I asked them just to send me the bridge and the wall switch to my house, they said "we can't". So now I'm out a lunch break to drive to the store to return it and the gas money to get there with no compensation. Very frustrating.

    Love the Philips Hue system, and this is a great starter kit. However, beware with Refurbished items. I had problems with HomeKit synchronization, so this might be because these were a used item and the device wasn’t released from prior setup - even after factory reset (which GeekSquad didn’t even do!) But, BestBuy customer service is great and unit was swapped for a replacement.

    No issues despite being refurbished! All bulbs work excellently after a few months of use and integrated easily with my Google Home and Apple Homekit systems. Very pleased.

    Switch dimmer was faulty. Was of time getting the refurbished item. Went and bought new and it was much less hassle.

    Not very bright, and not very easy to set up…I had to download and pay for the app to work the lights because the actual switch didnt work. Im going to return it, not worth the price.
