Best Buy sold me a used item when I purchased new. Very light scratches on the bulb and also some visible dirt on the bulb. Not happy. Don't care if it's minor. I paid for a brand new product.

Bought from Best Buy, new not refurbished and it is very obvious that this was used and is not new; Box is all torn up from being opened previously. This is bull.

Product arrived opened. I didn't order the refurbished bulbs. I ordered the brand new ones.

Average light bulb. If you can save up and purchase the 100w you wont regret it

The lights bulbs are very dim there not even as bright as my regular 40 watt led bulbs

Package was new, no items missing. The bulbs were in perfect condition. Absolute game changer for smart home enthusiasts. Instant mood lighting, dimming, routines and more all from just saying "Alexa, turn on the den lights" or "Alexa, movie lighting mode". And since these bulbs last so long it's really not that much more expensive than regular LED bulbs.

Good quality smart lights. Best part of these lights are, they have many color options to choose from (soft/dim/solid/ambient) Only problem I faced is, when I had multiple light connected, IoT commands don't take effect at the same time. (when I asked alexa to change colours from x to y, it changes one after another, could be my own internet slowness but that's what I have experienced ). Very good overall in terms of performance.

Works well with a google home device. Ability to change colors is great as well for different occasions of the year.

On the pricier side, but you get what you pay for. These lights provide a staggering amount of color options and the app makes it easy to make changes and automate.

I have been using Philips Hue bulbs for few years now and I am very pleased, it’s so easy to set up, I know I can turn the lights on and off when I need to, especially when the kids leave the lights on, and the fact they are connected to my secured system through Alexa it’s great. Highly recommended

These lights are amazing! The color range is great and the Hue app is easy to use. This kit does NOT come with the hub. They can be connected using Bluetooth, which wasn’t possible with the older bulbs. I would recommend buying these on sale. They’re very pricey for 3 bulbs without a hub. I pieced together my Hue setup over time through various sales at Best Buy.

Love these light Very easy to connect It is just sad the price for a 60 w Little disappointed in the 60w seems like it’s closer to half the brightness as my 75 watt bulb from Hue

Absolutely love these lights. I have slowly started incorporating them all over my home and just recently gifted them to my date daughter for her room. They last a really long time and can set the stage for just about any mood, ambiance, event or activity. Great for parties and movie watching!
