I love hue bulbs but there is no real difference between these and 60w bulbs. Buy a bulb splitter and stick two 60w bulbs. I heard even worse things for the 100w bulbs.

The phillips line of lighting products are great. This bulb in particular was for my patio and serves a great purpose with automated lights paired up with other festive smart lights.

These products are greatly over priced. If i never got the starter kit at an incredible deal i would not recommend these soley due to their prices. They require too many 3rd party apps to get the most out of these bulbs

I ordered an open box (excellent) bulb and received a defective bulb without its original packaging. The bulb seems like it was clearly returned for a reason. Gets hot very quickly and does not connect to the Hue app. I have dozen Hue bulbs and this is the first one to give me issues.

Too pricy for a bulb, i get it thar I can conected to chroma but for the price thar sounds like to much, I got them and immediately return them when I realized I payed X5 the price of a regular bulb

Not even a 3 months and both bulbs died..... not the light but the smart Bluetooth system. not only were they expensive (around 90ish) but not that bright. I had an issue with one of them giving me problems from the beginning then after a few months both bulbs would not connect to anything smart like Alexa. had to contact Philips warranty line and i have to say that was about the best part of the whole issue as they were able to help me and get me my money back as they had no replacements. Want something better? they make a 1000 Lums LED smart bulb as well, go with that instead of this one.

I bought this with the understanding thay you can connect it via Bluetooth to your Google Home without requiring the Hub. This is no longer true according to customer service when I failed to connect it to Google and called them. Their website still shows the process for connecting via Bluetooth though. Just FYI....

Disappointing. Will connect for set up, then becomes unreachable. Love the rest of the Hue lineup so far and all the other lights/switches I have work great. This isn’t up to the rest. Don’t bother.
