So, is Philips Hue still the gold standard for smart lightbulbs? I think yes. While other smart lighting solutions have come on the market in recent years, Philips Hue continues to improve on their product, has recently updated their app, and recently launched outdoor lighting products to make everything more seamlessly connected. While they’re still expensive considering they’re light bulbs, being able to control them and sync them to music makes them really useful and fun. The fact that they play nice with everything makes them valuable.

Love the Philips Hue lights. The color changing ability is a great option in addition to having multi-white options. I love being able to control my light with my Google Home Hub and Mini's. Also being able to dim them to any percentage is wonderful. They are super bright if needed or soft if that is what you prefer. Highly recommended.

These are the best thing I’ve purchased for my home in a long time... so easy to set up and use! Endless color and dimming possibilities too... I have already recommended this product to many people, and I can’t imagine going back to regular light bulbs!

It came with four bulbs and the receiver. It works great! It’s fast and responsive. They’re also bright even when you have them set in different colors

I use this in my bedroom and it’s magical. The colors are pretty neat and bright, I love them, I use them with my home pod and the pair just works very well. I recommend to pair this product with your favorite intelligence asisten. The Hue app that you install on your phone works great, and you chan choose a lot of combinations of colors for the occasion. You can control the brightness too, It’s overall a must in your smart home.

This is the first product I purchased from Philips Hue on their Wireless Wi-Fi lighting. After speaking with a Best Buy employee named Ryan, who gave me more information on the product, I left the store with a 4-pack of lights and the bridge along with two of their strip lights. This product was extremely easy to set up I replace the two lights in our living room and one in the bedroom and office and once they were connected to the bridge I was ready to go. I can control all the lights through the Hue Bridge app that you can download from Phillips in the Play Store. Of course not long after this I went back and purchased some wireless wall switches to make it easier so I didn't have to use my phone every time. The thing I like the most is that you can go from cool to warm lighting based on your needs whether you need a different light for reading or a different warmer light for simply watching TV not to mention the colors that are available to either set a mood or maybe go with movie night and their entertainment part of the app. They're strip lights are 80" long and I used one the backside of the headboard in our bedroom which I change colors every now and then but it makes a great night light or just enough light to walk into a dark room. The other strip light was placed on the backside of a sofa facing up on a 6 ft long painting and does quite a great job in leading to a beautiful centerpiece to the wall. I am very happy with these products and the actual light bulbs do get downloads and updates making them the smartest LED lights ever seen.

Love these lights and how easy control and setup was. If you can find these on sale for for it! They are pretty pricey if not.

Very easy, and straightforward set up. Learn the components of the system well, because it is all a careful dance. When they tell you that the bridge is the heart and soul of the system, they just ain’t kidding. Be certain to get the bridge close enough to cable up, and don’t even try wireless. Apart from that bit, it’s a hoot.

Bought this starter kit to just see how I would like smart lighting. Ended up loving it. This started it all for me. I now have a smart home and able to control lights in all the rooms. I love being able to turn lights off in any room without getting out of my chair. Love the ambience lighting gives each room.

The set up is not as easy as the sales info leads customers to believe.I am having issues and no one to turn to as the instruction sheet is the most limited one I've seen. Other companies offer 24/7 support and make sure a customer is happy before hanging up. This would help with this type of product.

I added these colored bulbs to our living room along with the light strip. The lights are great. Love setting the mood with all the different colors. Looking to get more of these bulbs. I also have Lutron Caseta controls in my house as well.

Since adding the Philips Lights to our home, my kids are happier in their rooms, they love setting new color patterns to fit their moods. And the lights get turned off when they leave, so I'm no longer coming home to lights that have been on all day. We are already looking into getting more Philips lights for the rest of our house.

This was an easy setup. I bought the color hues. It is nice to have my own personal preference of light in my rooms. I am very pleased. And it sure is nice to use voice-comand in turning the lights on or off.

This is the 2nd set I've purchased and love how they all work together very easily. Great range of colors and very easy to setup and use. It's super convenient to be able to turn lights on right before arriving home.

I have been adding Hue color bulbs to all of our lights. My family enjoys setting up scenes for movie watching, Halloween, playing video games etc.. I’m going to add them to our outdoor walkway and backyard!

I had Wemo for long, and wanted to try Philips hue color, i was afraid it would be unreliable we Wemo, but I found it much more solid and reliable than Wemo, we have a lot of fun with the color bulbs I gave 4 stars as the brightness is not that great when you change the colors and a little bit pricey as well

I really like the Hue lights and this kit has everything you need to get started. These have worked great no issues, setup was simple and integrates well with Apple Homekit.
