Expensive but these bulbs work well. Connecting them in hue app is easy. Bulbs will require an update once installed.

These are an expensive product, one of the most expensive smart lightbulbs on the market. And they are not devoid of flaws. The Hue autofind feature didn't work when I was trying to add about 20 of these lights to my network, so I had to manually take them all down and enter the serial numbers for my Hue system to identify the lights. But once this was done, the quality and ease of use of these BR30 lightbulbs absolutely shines. My kitchen has never looked better.

Great colors. I am still trying to figure out the 70s Disco light setting. Looks like it is controlled via a different app. So far this product is great for anyone who wants different mood lights in their home. The light output is great and would highly recommend for anyone who is shopping for a recess light. I had 2 burned bulbs and was replacing this smart light. Wish the price could be a little cheaper. Bought 4 light bulbs and can get very expensive !!

The light isn't as bright as I was hoping it would go. There are a lot of colors to choose from on the app but sometimes the button to change colors or turn the light up and down in brightness gets finicky. I have had to reinstall this app more than 5 times in one month because it will sometimes not connect to the light properly. Another thing that bugged me was that the "routines" wake up would make me get right by the light and turn it on and off and back on every time I wanted to turn on a routine. So I'll be laying in bed about to turn on my routine for the morning and I would have to get up to do all this as well as sometimes having to reinstall cause it won't connect properly.

I purchased several of these and I really like them. They're massively overpriced but they work wonderfully

Love being able to change light colors and brightness for every difference occasion. Super easy to use and set-up.

I've tried using the regularly-shaped A19 bulbs in can lights, and while their brightness rating is listed as higher than these BR30s, the BR30s are noticeably brighter than the A19s once put in a can housing (I'd say 15 - 20%). Get these for can light fixtures and you'll be set.

How did I ever live without smart light bulbs? You forget to turn off the lights in the living room before going to bed? Ask Alexa. You leave the dog home alone and didn’t leave a light on, but realized too late? Ask Alexa. The color changing aspect also is such a vibe I use it whenever I’m binge watching Netflix. To connect to the Alexa app was so easy as well.

The Phillips Hue bulbs are the finishing touch on our new entertainment room. I was considering other brands due to the shortages, but glad I waited. The Hue app makes setting up and using the bulbs a breeze and the Apple HomeKit support makes it even easier. The quality and performance are excellent. Very happy with the purchase and highly recommend.

These bulbs were a great addition that help in accentuating the niches in the living room. Wide range of colors and provide effective illumination. They seem to have different lag times in responding to the bridges command. Overall a great product.

I'm slowly replacing all six ceiling lights in my home office with these, two at a time. With the first two I can change the color of the wall behind me when I'm in a Zoom meeting. What's great is that their default color exactly matches the existing standard bulbs. Same shape, same brightness, same color temperature. You can't tell the difference until I change the color in the app.

These bulbs are terrific! They can transform the mood and atmosphere of you room or home in an instant. My only caution is they’re addictive! I started out with three in the family room, and now I have 16 through the entire first floor. These are really great for a party. The Color Loop mode found in the Hue App makes a fun rolling color change to add to your get togethers.

Pricey but works well. Easy set up and works great with Alexa.
