Incredibly easy set up if you already have a hue bridge.

Essential if you use a lot of hue lights in your house.

The new switch is slightly larger than the older version. It seems a little more modern but I don't see any big upgrades over the previous version.

Great product and an alternative to the Philips Hue App. I mainly just use to turn on and off the lights after watching a movie or gaming on my Home Theatre but works great for this and adjusting the brightness. I recommend using the Hue app for more complex needs.

Works well, and looks nice. The previous version had more solid materials for the holder and was more versatile .

It’s overpriced for what it’s worth. I use the Philips Hue widgets on my phone far more than this. The switch feels more like a shoddy implementation to be a renter friendly option to installing smart switches.

These dimmer lights are the future in my eyes check these out

It’s a cool accessory to to add to the Philips hue. It also connects to our Apple HomeKit, which is what all our bulbs run through.

I love having this switch as an option to using the app or Alexa. It has preset lighting, which is customizable along with dimming capabilities. I prefer a switch for kitchen lights, but just use the app or Alexa for all other lights.
