Like most color ambiance Hue bulbs, these are pricey! I put then in cheap accent lamps in the living room and love how versatile they are. I am excited to see what I can create with these and other bulbs/smart devices in my living room to set the scene and experience for movies, social gatherings, etc... The colors are amazing, they get fairly dim, and they turn $3 lamps into pretty cool smart lights!

Great for varying colors for the holidays. A bit pricey, but aren't all LED bulbs?

I love the Phillips Hue lights. They are stable and work great all the time. The colors are vibrant and so much fun! I also have Alexa ans they work great. I have the colored lights in all the rooms downstairs and when the Eagles won their first SUPER BOWL every light downstairs was GREEN. It was awesome! Not to mention my niece had her first bay (Mila Sophia) and she was part of it! Her onesy was green. I’v tried one other smart lighting and didn’t like it. I would recommend Phillips Hie lights. Just about my entire house is SMART with the Phillips Hue lights. Great product.

The Hue lights were purchased as a gift for my son but the whole family is enjoying them! We have bulbs in multiple rooms in our home & my son changes the colors to match different holidays or to create a relaxed & fun atmosphere. Great lights - we’re happy we purchased them,

I have retrofitted most of my home in Philips Hue smart LED bulbs. I love them. They are saving me in energy costs and allow me to set the mood in various rooms by changing the color, hue and brightness of lights. No more needing to purchase different wattage bulbs to do this. The only complaint I have is that they are still way too expensive and the color ones are all sold individually. Wish Phillips would sell these in bulk at a discount without all the fancy packaging. Even when I got these on sale it still cost a bundle to retrofit a home. While I would love to have used the candelabra bulbs in my chandeliers this was just way too pricey for the number of bulbs required .... so the candelabra bulb is not one that I would buy again until the prices come way down and sold in multiples.

Very colorful and bright lights for your bedroom, living room, etc. They are easy to install and efficiently operated on the app provided on your personal device. The app makes it fun to switch different colors, light moods, and specific settings that you could operate. I highly recommend these Philips Hue Light Bulbs, as they are fun and easy to use on the app, while it brightens and colors up the room right on your phone.

If you want to get some automation and color into your porch lighting without replacing the light fixtures these work great. I think the better solution is to buy Hue's outdoor lighting and just replace your current fixture because they are nice looking and the lights are integrated. As expensive as these bulbs are you don't want someone to walk up and take them. The Hue fixture solves that. This is a good interim solution.

I’d like to give a positive review on this smart bulb but I can’t. Not because the product is not good, I cannot tell that. The reason becomes clear when you look at the box. Take a look the front and back of the box. Can you tell where it clearly mentions that you need a Hue Bridge? What is the Hue Bridge, where is it mentioned? It is there, not on the front but on the back with one tiny sentence “ requires a Hue Bridge.” There is another equally small sentence of “ Dimmable only with Hue compatible devices. “ No where is this clear on the front of the box and barely noticeable on the back. So for you to use all the features, functions and benefits of this bulb , you need to buy the Hue Bridge at a cost of about $60. These bulbs are $50 each so for a 4 bulb fixture, this will cost $260 plus tax. Even if I was able to fully review the product, I would not recommend this product on the cost alone.

Generally, I'm not a big fan of smart home technology (because the robots will eventually take over) but these bulbs and the Hue hub have been great tools for the home.

These Hue "candle" bulbs are exactly what I expected. All the colors of third-gen A19 bulbs in a smaller shape. These have a candelabra (E12) base.

My only complaint is hue doesn’t make the bulb in the bigger base. I had to buy adapter. With the adapter the bulbs perform great just as expected

I put it on my cealing fan light and it fits perfectly in the little dome that goes with my fan. And also very easy to control from Mobil device

The lights are fun and exciting to change up the moods in the bedroom. Can be used for movies, playing video games, and even getting work done with the white lights setting you can choose. Strong enough to brighten up the whole room with 3 and can dim as the night goes on. A little pricey, but will get much use out of it.

Added two of these to our outside deck door and they work great! Set them up to automatically come on at night and they have worked flawlessly for the last 6 months (in outside temps) here in the Carolinas. Great addition to the home automated lighting/security system. Just wish these lights were not so pricey.

Exceptional compliment to my Hue system because I needed it to replace the only bulb that was not color. Fantastic product!

We purchased these Phillips Hue candle bulbs for our front porch/door. It's awesome that you can preset them to turn-on and turn-off through your phone or even using Alexa. You can also set color scenes are pick a particular color of your choice. We highly recommend the purchase and use of these bulbs.

The light is just as easy to setup and use as the standard hue bulbs, which perform as advertised. It also seems as bright. I deducted one star because I’m not fond of the broad white base. As a result, I would never use it in a location where it would be completely in the open, such as the case for most chandeliers. It would look better if they extended the opaque plastic cover all the way down, despite it not allowing light through.

Purchased these to go in our paddle fans. Nice to be able to adjust the brightness either with the Hue app or with Alexa. Only thing to watch out for is that these bulbs are just a bit longer than regular fan bulbs so it can be a tight fit to get them started into the socket.

I love being able to change the room color with just my voice. Works well with the smartphone app too.
