I love a lot of things about this light. It was very easy to set up with the Phillips Hue app. It has a variety of different settings for colors, intensities, and themes. I like the wake up and nighttime setting. I live in a basement apartment and love the wake up feature to help me get up in the morning and the nighttime mood for a gradually fading nightlight as I fall asleep. There is a variety of different themes that match what I'm doing in my home. I also really like how the light mimics a lot features of the happy lights that I use for seasonal affective disorder and still has a ton of more settings. I can't recommend this enough, if you're on the fence please get it.

Bought the refurbished model looking to save money, but was unaware that in order to use the Hue Sync features, a monthly (or lifetime) fee will have to be setup. This increases the cost of the light overall (to make it do what I bought it for). I decided to use the month to month for the first month to see if I’ll return it. With one month of use so far, I like it. I thought it might put out more light to light up the wall under my TV from the bottom left corner, but I’ll likely need another one to get a full glowing effect. Having one I like it but want some more. The colors it produces really are spot on to the corner the setup was told where it would be. I have a newer 2024 LG so I could download the HUE Sync app to it. It was easy to download to the LG store and set it up. I don’t use the LG TV software, I use an Apple TV, but It auto connects once the TV is turned on. The only thing I haven’t figured out yet is how to have it turn off when the TV is turned off, it stays lit, white, after I power the TV down… and acts as a nice nightlight. I just wish I could have it turn off in say 15 minutes after I power down. I’m sure I can add it to an Apple Home scene or something. I like it, and want another one… I think it said I wouldn’t need another subscription when I get another, refurbished, sometime in the future.

We wanted to get some lighting in our living room that wasn't just a lamp in the corner. We bought 2 of these Go lights and put one on top of each of our towers around our entertainment center. It was a GREAT buy! These took over the job of our lamp and are used exclusively as our only form of lights in our living room now. I have a schedule setup for each to be at 100% during the day until 9 pm when they drop down to about 40% until the next morning. These things have been on over a year straight and have never once gave me a problem or turned off. They also hold a charge where you can use them wirelessly but I have never had that need arise where I would want to do that. Maybe if you had a power outage it could act as a LED candle for you? There are a bunch of applications a Go would fit into so you can use them however you see fit!

Operates exactly how I need it to, adding light to dimly lit parts of the house where a conventional lamp can’t be placed or adding ambiance outdoors. Only thing to be aware of is the battery life. Depending on how long you need light, the brightest setting usually only lasts 3 hours whereas the candle setting can go 9 hours continuously without recharging.

This Phillips hue go light is exactly what I had hoped it to be, a vivid and beautiful array of colorful shades I never thought possible from a cordless light. Only downside is for some reason my Bluetooth will not connect on With apples IOS, my husbands Android on the other hand connected right away.. I’m not sure if Phillips leans more towards the Android OS Or it’s just a spoof that I’m not able to .. Thank goodness for the little power button located discreetly on the light otherwise I would’nt be able to turn it on or off with my hubs assistance lol

Love these things. We picked up a set and paired them with our Hue Sync Box to go with the rest of our setup. Also neat is that they have a battery so you can disconnect them and move them around while still syncing with the TV source.

Absolutely love this lamp! It's easy to control with my phone and will turn pretty much any color imaginable. I'm really diggin the brightness also, can go really bright or really dim.

This is another addition to my home, I like this light because it is portable and smart. I take it from my bedroom to my office as well as the dining room and with different colors I can create a nice ambiance depending on the mood and room. They are easy to setup. I like the music with light mode, it is cool. It is of god quality and works great. I will keep adding more llights around my home.

I have two of these lights and love them both. With all the different colors they provide excellent mood settings. I control them thru Alexa. Can also set different routines thru the Alexa as well. Would highly recommend these lights. Another nice thing is once charged you can take them anywhere. Have roughly 4 hr. of life before needing charged. We use ours on the patio in the evening.

I have a few HUE products in my house and there great! This was the first product I got other then bulbs and this is amazing and bright and easy to take around too, with great battery. Nice light if you don’t want the room fully lit or a good night light. I will be buy more products too and most definitely will be getting a few more of these to put them around the house.

Absolutely love these lights! Bought one.... then another one... and now i just bought my third. I mainly use them for accent lighting, but love how they can be transported wirelessly. At max brightness, i got around 2 hours while on battery. They are a little pricey at $80 plus tax, especially since the Hue Plays run around $60-70 depending on if you get the power plug.

Love the Hue lights, this is a versatile light that can be used as an accent light as the color scale is great, and so it adds life to anyplace it’s used. By using the Hue lights app or third party apps, you can get vibrancy and color changes that sync to music or movies so it adds fun as well. It’s a good starter light for the connected home.

I’ve used this light primarily for adding some light for WFH video calls and it excels in this department. I also ended up using it on top of a book shelf as a splash light for the ceiling in the same room as Hue Play Bars and our TV and it adds to the experience. Buying another!

I love the ambiance I can set with it and its portability. However, the little wedge you can use to kind of prop it up is so small, it always just winds up rolling onto its back. Unless I create my own contraption to direct the light where I want it, it always will just be pointing upwards. If it was about $15 cheaper it might be worth it.

I was debating whether to buy the Go or the Iris. I went with the Go and have been pretty pleased. The portability is a nice feature and the extra features in the Hue app make it really nice. The only downside is it's not that bright so don't expect a spotlight.

this little light is an awesome product for your room, living room, or game room. If you already have a hue bridge it’s just a simple add. I love my hue lights.

A fantastic addition to any room. I bought this to have a splash of color across my bedroom wall and it does it perfectly. My photo doesnt do it justice because the light washes out the image

Thee little lights are so bright and the colors are so rich. They’re an awesome mood enhancer! One light lights up my wall all the way to the ceiling in my living room. (See picture)

I've been collecting these lights for a couple of years. I have two rooms with them. I have linked them to my Google home and now I can control color and power with my voice to my Google assistant. I love these. They can be an expensive habit, but I feel they are worth it. On the plus side, the bulbs/lights that I own have lasted a few years and are still going.

I had one and needed three more. Why? I wanted to do something clever.
