Comes with first gen hub, which works fine as long as you don't need Siri support. Although 1st gen strips are not as bright as 2nd gen, works fine as accent lighting (for behind TV, etc.). Great deal

Since this is the older generation light strips they're great for accent lighting. You still get ally of light and you get 2 6 foot strings. I bought these to highlight many areas around the home

I bought this kit along with a new hub and light strip, these older strips aren't as bright as the new version, but they're comparable and comparatively cheaper. So, there's that.

These worked out great. Using them to high-light items on top of Cabinet, and under cabinet light. I like that I can turn them on with my phone or using Alexa.

This is the 3rd starter set I've ordered, it is a much better deal then paying 90$ for 1 section of lightstrip. Overall a fun light to play with around your house

I bought this only to find out that the 2nd generation lights are out. The 2nd generation lights are brighter.

Perfect lights to put into the doorway to light up your entrance as well as any other place to give just enough illumination to brighten an area or accent.

Great color LED lightstrips. The newer version is brighter.

This was a great add to switch from the old tube under cabinet lighting to the new light strip very easy to install and now I can set my under cabinet lighting to cool colors or dimmed bright lighting. I also added a strip behind the tv for back lighting to create depth while watching movies or sporting events. Awesome product!

This set was key in helping add the perfect warm glow to an art installation that I helped create. The level of control allowed by this lighting is perfect for these scenarios, as well as the general day-to-day scenarios that I use them for after disassembly. I look forward to fun home automation projects with this product.
