Good product. Only had it for a month. So far so good.

I have enjoyed using HUE. It is nice to beable to turn on and off lights from wherever. With extra apps you can have it turn on or off when you are close / leaving home. Easy setup, I'm interested in the color versions!

Cool LED bulb system to start with automating your home.

I haven't really used this - used the light bulbs but didn't use the rest of the equipment and the light bulbs blew 2 circuit breakers. Not sure if the wiring was old or if too much power for the circuits without the other equipment.

These bulbs are different than the standard ones as they do not change color (from 4300K). You can dim them and turn them off through wifi which makes it just another LED bulb with wireless capabilities. Finally they made an entry kit that is much cheaper than their original. IF you don't need color changing abilities, this is the kit to buy.

Very good product.Setup was easy. I really enjoy how well the lights and the bridge work in my home. I am very happy I got it.

I purchased this for my apartment which uses a light sensor to control everyone's porch light (no interior switches). Since the light shown directly into my bedroom at night, I previously would remove the light bulb every night. Now, with Hue Lux, I'm able to have full control of this light with my phone, wirelessly. The only complaint is that the Hue Bridge doesn't connect with Wi-Fi, but with Ethernet. It would also be nice if there was savings on additional bulb packages.

Saw an ad in Best Buy flyer for a Hue Starter Kit. Since I have been interested in trying the new Hue lights I went to My Best Buy. After a long search we found two plain brown cardboard boxes with Hue on them that. Matched the price in the flyer. For a new projects "Starter Kit" you would think they would have more visible information. It consists of two light bulbs and a control which is pretty much a very simple starter kit.

Work best in my small room. No worry about turning off my lights when leaving

had the first generation hue kit and absolutely loved it. So it was a no brainer to purchase the second generation kit with Apple Home Kit. One word of caution however is that if you're going to upgrade from the first generation, then you'll want to keep it around to transfer your settings to the new bridge.

I waited for a while to get the Philips Hue because the original was just too pricey, plus I don't need the fancy colours. These basic bulbs worked great and what I love is how programmable it is. While it can a little hassle sometimes to have to reach for your iPhone or iPad to power off at night, it is not a deal breaker.

I like that they have a plain white version. Not into colored lights. Amazing quality and you save a lot by not having to buy conventional lightbulbs. All of my lightbulbs are Hue now!

I love hue bulbs, the only reason that I put 4 stars is that if you want to by them go immediately for the colored bulbs, this is much more fun and you can create so many different scenes

My boyfriend bought this instead of getting a wake up light alarm. The only thing I dislike is that you can only change the timer from the original device. But you can set multiple ones.

I use the light set as a sunrise alarm. Using the app "sleep cycle" it turns the light on slowly and wakes me up feeling wide awake.

If you're going to go LED, might as well go wifi, and these are nice and compact, run cool, give off good light. I'm slowly replacing all the lights in my apartment with these.

not happy with bulbs was told that bulbs would change colors they wont sometimes in store not very good help I would return then box was trashed I will read before next time

I love coming home and the lights turn on for me! Especially in winter when it's dark earlier. It also provides some security when we're away from home! Great investment
