Bought these two replace to flood light bulbs located near the back of our home. My purpose was to have them run in the evening from sunset to sunrise. I have an existing Hue system and hub. I did not want to buy a timer. It literally is as easy as screwing them in and adding them to the hub via the Phillips software. They turn on from sunrise to sunset, and I can even dim one of them so that it does not shine in our neighbors window. A little pricey for the bulbs but I recommend them.

These lights work great. They were easy to hook up to my Google assistant. I don’t touch the light switches anymore I just speak the words “Google turn on Upstairs lights“ and that’s it. I like that they could be set to different percentages like at night I keep them at 5%. Also if you have multiple ceiling hi hat lights on the same circuit you could never turn individual ones off before but now you can. I just labeled each bowl with numbers so I can tell one hallway light to turn on and not the other even though they’re on the same switch. That is very convenient.

The Hue brand is the brightest and best. Only issue the new style flood lamps will not fit in some of my older style fixtures. They are too big at the end. Only fit in the fixtures I had replaced in the last few years. My house was built in 90.

Overall happy with the purchase. The lights work as expected for a Hue product, and integrate well into my smart home routines/automations. The lights themselves are bright and illuminate a good area, though they are not as bright as some other flood lights.

We had purchased two of these prior but when we went to add two more the system would not recognize them. I believe there is a limit on how many smart lights you can have connected, Wish all four would have worked because we loved the two. The only concern was they kept coming on during rainstorms, cloudy days

I wanted these for outside Christmas illumination. I wanted to be able to dim the spotlights after a certain time so the house wasn't so bright after kids went to bed. These did the trick.

Easy to setup and works great for lighting up my backyard. The only reason I give them 4 instead of 5 stars is because of the price.

Much brighter than expected. Programming was a little challenging but I was able to get all the bulbs to show up and they have worked flawlessly.

I’ve been waiting for these. The light is not too bright not to dim. I just wish it was a little brighter and more cost effect but you have to pay for new technology so I understand

I only buy Hue lights as they are always reliable and work great with HomeKit. I wish they were a bit brighter.

They were on sale and bought 3 with using my reward certificates. I already had BR30 in wall lantern but wanted more light. Even though these say the are 1000 lumens while the others were 800 lumens I didn't notice difference. But in all fairness it could be my wall lanterns limiting their brightness and distance. Kept them since I got them so cheap and gifted my mother the BR30 since she also has the Philips hue setup.

Got these to be programmed by the app so my front walk would be lit dusk to dawn. Cant say anything bad about them. Totally reliable for my purpose.

I have 5 of these lights running. I like the control to dim and individually adjust a bank of lights. easy to set up.

I love my Hue lights. I’m not real happy with the price but they should last for a few years. I hope.

Yes, it’s expensive but so worth it with the things you can do w/ this light bulb. Buy it.

I put these into an existing outdoor spotlight. They work great and I use them with Alexa.

Had to end up returning these but the bulbs were great.

I have 8 Hue lights in my house. They work with the google mini great.

Great lights and so easy to use. Connects to my network no problem.

Have used hue products for several years now and overall pleased. App is great compared with competitors. Only complaint is that homekit integration can be a little shaky at times, and can throw off existing configurations when adding devices or rearranging rooms.
