    High Cost/Low Quality and Durability

    Disappointing quality. It lasted just over 2 years (past the two year warranty) before it stopped working. Hue was not helpful in identifying the problem or providing any resolutions. For the cost of this product I would expect it to last longer. Additionally, the software is burdensome and not user friendly. Good idea for a product, however, the durability and quality of the product are less than average.

    Missing Parts

    Ordered for curbside pickup from Best Buy and was missing one set of mounting adhesive and screws. Very inconvenient. Make sure to check your box for parts before leaving the store.

    Cool idea but doesn't work with any video services

    Here is feedback from Phillips Hue: Much like other applications on computer and other devices, Philips Hue Sync is not able to capture all content. Most notably application that does not allow screen capturing: Netflix and Netflix HD (using Windows Edge and Safari), Amazon Prime video (using Windows Edge and Safari), and Hulu (only Safari). Power DVD is also not supported.
