Lights are great easy to setup color range is aesome , works well with hue sync, when the sync will work

Works great for my PC with the lights syncing to the graphic output. Even though it connects to the computer over WiFi, it's still pretty quick to sync with colors as the image changes. There is a very light buzz noise sometimes with certain colors. It's bright for what it is and it has good colors. I would like to see an Android TV OS App (for my Sony TV) that could synchronize graphical output to match the colors. I wouldn't be able to use the hue sync box since I watch TV with the apps installed (i.e. Netflix, YTTV, Hulu, Dis+, etc.).

Setup was pretty straightforward and a lot brighter than I expected. The only negative thing about this is the PC syncing was only alright...

You'll need the 40~50$ hub.. and a open Ethernet port on your router.. and to have it work on TV's or without download their software, will need their 200$ box. Also took about 6 hours to Update them as well, why do you need to update lights? Anyways, Overall great brightness and RGB control, and the software barely uses any resources on the PC and was pleasantly surprised. I went for the Corsair LS100 lights instead though as I want a solution that can replicate my entire pc's screen lights onto the wall. Top and bottom 360 degree.

Super bright and syncs what's on screen to the entire space behind monitor. Adds to the imersion.

Wow this is the best ambient lighting, very easy to setup and it adds a whole new experience of movie watching or even gaming. But please remember the sync lighting works only with a computer/laptop through huesync app for windows. If you want to use it with a TV you need to buy a HDMI sync box which costs 200$.. a real bummer.. But if you are primarily using a laptop or a computer.. Go for it!!

Over all I think it is a good product. Makes the TV stand look nice. Installation was easy and easy to use. Colors are amazing.

I have to admit that I was skeptical about this product. After doing some research and checking out some of the reviews. I decided to give it a try and the Philip Hue Play did not disappoint. I am very impressed with the overall look and ease of use. The installation was pretty straight forward. This item was the missing piece needed for my smart home lighting system. Highly Recommended!

I have these behind my PC monitor and installed the hue sync app on my PC. It syncs the lights with the colors and sounds on my desktop, games, wallpaper engine. It is really amazing and honestly it's way cooler than I expected. And it definitely works beyond anything I was expecting. This is my first hues product, I have many other smart home brands and this is probably the best experience so far..

Purchased to mount behind TV. I like the ease of use and the way it diffuses light. For my installation, the actual light is a little too thick to properly mount behind a fixed TV wall mount. I also don't like the fact that if you wish to make this set work with the entertainment sync you have to purchase another $200 device. Also has to add the devices by serial number as auto discover hardly ever works it seems like. Overall good light if they meet your installation needs.

I owned a lot of Philips hue bulbs. I love this bulbs as I am able to to change the color of my light with just my cellphone. I also like Philips hue bulbs as I can use them with Google assist. Philips hue has meet my expectations in quality and Price. They are very easy to install as always. I will continue to buy philips hue products as I know they will last forever.

Got the play hue light bars and sync with the Philip sync box totally enhance the movies and gaming experience !!

These lights are absolutely awesome and they really set off your entertainment area!! We had a new year’s party and everyone loved the lights,I probably changed the colors about 100 times because everybody was wanting different colors at different times during the night! They were definitely a hit. Super easy to install and add to the hue bridge! I highly recommend these!!!

I got these to add to my hue eco system. They replaced a simple led strip that I had attached to the back of the TV. The upgrade gave me the ability to match the color to my other hue lights and turn them on/off from the app or via voice control. If you want to take full effect of them, get the hue sync box so that the colors will change to match your TV's output.
