    This item works very well. HOWEVER don't get frustrated when it doesn't work. You need to soak the head to clean the head so it will work again. I was seconds from throwing away but I read some reviews and did this. It worked right away.

    I purchased this just over three years ago, and it continues to work flawlessly. Read the instructions (rinse after every use), and you'll likely have no problems . Safe and mostly affective. Never cut my nose but takes a lot of passes
